They sent me a “faded wine” hoody that was a totally different color than pictured- no fading whatsoever. Also way too big. They don’t do returns except for store credit and this was not made clear when I ordered. I have emailed them three times with no response. Do not order from them!!

Saw an ad and I bought the hoodie. It said it was washed about 100 times or something. I had mine for over a year and it’s true it really does stay good and mine actually got better I like how it wears over time. The best hoodie I own to date

I love these hoodies so much. They are so soft but still very heavy and keep me very warm. Also the hood is super big which I love and the owner is amazing.

I wear this hoodie daily. The cut and fit are perfect, the 100% cotton feels substantial, and it’s made in the USA. At this price point, you can’t beat it. Shipping was very fast too. 10/10.

This company makes the best products I’ve ever worn from the fit to the fabric and they’re making in the USA. Best part is that it’s 100% cotton I’m sick of all these brands upcharging using polyester (plastic) in their products.

Thick, warm, comfortable hoodie. Could wear it to bed every night. Can also be a very good travel hoodie. Very high quality too. If you are looking for a blank hoodie, Blanks by Thirteen is the move. I would put this hoodie brand in the same conversation as other popular brands like Abercrombie. Love it. Totally recommend. Also, lightning quick shipping. My hoodie shipped the day after I bought it.

I had my hoodie for over a year I’ve worn it 1-2 times a week or more. Washed and dried it a bunch it feels better than when I first got it. I bought 3 more and the quality is amazing.

Not worth going with these guys. Terrible customer service, terrible return policy, terrible price, and terrible quality. Took them 4 weeks to ship my order, and they completely ignored my emails. Past orders also had defects, and they were only willing to refund through store credit

The owner of blanksbythirteen, Alex, is a scammer. I placed an order in November, and he deliberately delayed his responses to prevent me from getting a refund. It took an entire month after the order to receive the product. However, instead of being shipped in a proper box, it was sent in a plastic bag, and the item arrived damaged. I requested an exchange.

More than a month passed. Although I placed my order in mid-November, it took over two months—until January—for me to receive the replacement. Only then did I realize the item was much larger than what was stated on the website. I also noticed the dye quality and the material were far below what I expected for the price, so I requested a refund.

Alex firmly refused to issue any refunds. Despite being upset, I accepted store credit instead. I updated my review to inform other customers about Alex’s poor business practices and the true quality of the products.

In response, Alex lied to me, saying he would give me a refund if I deleted the review. He then went ahead and kindly canceled the item I bought using the store credit—but the store credit was also removed and no refund was issued.

Alex stole $164 from me. He acted cleverly and manipulatively. Those who have gone through similar experiences will understand. Their service and business practices are disgusting.

I ordered 3 hoodies and a pare of pants on jan 12 , it's feb 25 , still no update on shipping . I emailed them, no response. I dm'd them on ig ( on jan 24 ) and they respond back saying my order will be shipped next week ( CAP ) . Dm'd them again around feb 14 and they said the same thing. In my eyes there scammers . Will update if I ever receive my items.

I ordered a set with a hoodie and some sweatpants. The pricing is very good. It said it was supposed to arrive later then I wanted it to but it arrived 2 days early. Very good brand. Definetly order again

The shipping is beyond horrible they claim 1-3 days at most around 5 but it’s been over 2 weeks i don’t even have an order update

13 is not a brand but a lifestyle. There is a reason that the real movers and shakers of our time are choosing to wear it. 13 doesn’t pay for endorsement it earns them. If you want to wear clothes that scream “I’m him” without screaming “I’m him” do yourself a favor and get some!
