Sizing is completely off. Order at least a size up. XXL fit like a Large. No size guide on their site either.
Emailed about sizing issue, email so far has been ignored.
Shame, the print is nice.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and regularly following up to make sure my order was received. The product I ordered is exactly as expected. Thank you for assistance and looking forward to wearing the tshirt to the gig next week.

The poster was damaged when the shipment arrived. They promised to send a new one but never got it and they never answered to emails or chat after that.

No news about my order. They don't reply to emails. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't exist. Fraudulent site!

Got shirt pretty good quality item took a month to get to me will buy again.

Tried to persuade me to keep my order

I wanted to cancel my order but they wanted to know the reason why. Also told me any refunds would incur a fee and take 5-7 days to process. All I wanted was my money back after doing some research about them. They tried to persuade me to keep my order with them so they could keep my money.

Went straight to PayPal and explained the situation, said the company looked fraudulent, they refunded my payment, no questions asked.

Ordered a t-shirt, 3 months later, still no shirt, unable to contact the company. Unable to get refund. Multiple emails ignored.

I don’t even want to give them one star. I saw a sweater listed online as being a ‘knit sweater’ and ordered three as gifts. They came over three weeks after ordering and as a result did not arrive on time for the gift exchange. The sweaters are also not knit. They are printed on a strange Lycra-like material. I decided to return them, followed the company return policy, paid for shipping, and sent them off. It has been over ten days and no refund has been issued. I have emailed customer support three times and attempted to chat on numerous occasions and have received zero return communication! There is no phone number, and the social media, even though listed on their website is nonexistent. Do NOT order from Blaxteeco; the items are not as described, poor quality, shipping takes forever, and most importantly there is zero customer service.

They have no social media sites to complain to. When you click on the icons you’re sent back to the blaxtecco website. I paid extra for ‘fast shipping’ and it took them 6 days just to get my item into the shipping ecosystem. That’s messed up. They have ZERO customer support. No working chat. It’s a super cheap china knockoff experience.

They sell made to order knock off t's dont give them your hard earned money. Cheap quality t's and not a penny goes to the band.

I saw a sweater I wanted online. The title said knit sweater the picture came directly from Taylor Swifts website.
When asked about it it is not knitted. Its printed on a sweater. Which is fine.
They don't own the rights to any of their Taylor Swift designs.
They say they are a printing on demand store. But when I asked for a design what they would print on a sweater for me they admitted they didn't have any design yet. If bought it (and payed) they would design the picture that would go on the sweater.

I've ordered from printing on demand websites many times before. They don't have the design printed on the items they sell (of course not because then they would have to have a lot of inventory). You buy (for example) a sweater and they will print the design you chose on the item you bought. But they do have the image they will print. This company doesn't have an image yet. All they have is a picture of a sweater they are trying to recreate. That will never be a high quality image. You better hope that after payment they can design a good quality image for you.

When asked if they had the rights to print these images on sweaters they were ignoring me and shutting off the chat.

Be really careful if you want to order from them. They are cheap but I think the quality will reflect that if you even get what you pay for.

I want to see what I buy before I pay and they could only show me a knitted sweater of another website they wanted to recreate. This info will also be shared with UMG.

Ordered a jumper and unfortunately the incorrect size was sent.
Contacted them via email, received a reply immediately.
Hanna handled my complaint and sent the correct size which arrived shortly after.
Mistakes happen and is frustrating but cannot fault the customer service I received to rectify the issue.

Don’t buy anything from Blaxteeco. They deliver the product, but there is absolutely no way to return and complain. The T-shirt I have purchased got delivered within few days, but very poor quality. I tried to contact Blaxteeco, but their customer service stopped to communicate. Even they promised to exchange it, they never did and never answeared my emails.
