Would have been 0 stars, 99% of time i read reviews, wish i had this time! Just received item 30/12/22, and the jeggins are a absolute joke! As some else has said, nothing like the picture and cost a couple of quid, if that, to make! As I normally say to family and friends, if it sounds to good to be true, steer well clear! False advertising at its best!

Ordered boots from these taken money but no boots do not use these an absolute total scam

Purchased a Kindling Splitter, what was sent came from China a complete rip off, absolutely No good. The product did not match the pictures at all not even close.
Do not purchase from them, tried to get order cancelled before it was despatched but that was ignored. If you want a refund the item would have to be sent back to China. That is half the purchase cost. Star rating would be Zero if I had that option.

This is disgusting that they can get away with sending out complete rubbish, I got two pairs of leggings at nearly 35pound , they said they were lined and extra warm, they have arrived and I’m disgusted, These are 2pound a pair from another company, they are nothing like the description, they rely on people not going to all the trouble of sending back n trying to claim money back. Facebook should not allow these adverts. DISGUSTING.

Please avoid at all costs - you will receive no refund or response to any complaint you make. Purchased a log splitter that cannot hold a standard size log. The telephone number on their website is NEVER answered and they do not respond to emails. The photographs on Facebook advertising bear absolutely no resemblance to the product you are purchasing. I am also reporting them to trading standards. Save your money, they are scammers. They are laughing at all us mugs that have purchased their rubbish, please don’t add yourself to the list ! ! !

I would have preferred NO STARS. This company is a joke, but obviously making money from us all as they sell rubbish and refuse to adher to consumer rights, will not refund, do not read e-mails and want items to be sent to China. It seems that the same complaints apply to a range of items, not as described, poor quality and appalling service.

Bought a log splitter. Advertised as cast iron and weighed 2kg. Mine weighed 240grams and make from cheap mild steel thin gauge material. I'd be lucky if I could split a pencil. Sent the wrong item. Refused to take it back unless I paid delivery back to China which cost more than the item. Refused to take responsibility for their error. Ended up with an inferior product and paid a fortune for it. Avoid this company at all costs. Useless. The most shocking company ever to exist

Bought a kindling cracker and like many others have reported, it was not fit for purpose. I asked to return it and I have not been allowed to return the item despite requesting this many times. I have offered a piffling amount for “compensation “. Do not buy from this company. It is a sham!
I did check trustpilot before I bought the item but the reviews were not as they are now. This may be a new company.

The item is not as advertised and is not fit for purpose. Do not fall for it! I did and I am deeply ashamed. I have been conned. DO NOT buy anything from this website.

This company is a scam.
They miss sell, the item is not as described or fit for purpose under the sale of goods act. They operate under various spurious business names (website Blazecrown.com) and offer a refund only if you return the item at your cost to China. The address given is made up in order to prevent processing a refund. PayPal aware. Do not buy anything from this website.

the product advertised bears absolutely no resemblance to the item you receive.
Even when provided with pohoyographic evidence of the difference in product they refuse to acknowledge the poor quality and decline to refund. Will be pursuing with yrading standards and will be using credit card to chase for refund on grounds of mis -representation and item not fit for purpose.
This was intended as a christmas present and I would be too ashamed to gift this to anyone.
Like all other reviews I can not emphasis strongly enough how shoddy thie company are both in their products and the way they deal with their customers-AVOID

We have trading standards on this case a totally different plastic horrid jacket arrived with the collar hanging of and there offering a measly £7 compensation I paid £60 and I will get £60 returned look st the state of this !

Purchased an item via Facebook but what was received 21 days after they took the money was a completely different product from the advertised product. They expect you to return to China at your expense before they return your money. They have offered 50% so far but this is unacceptable as either they have sent the wrong product or their advert was grossly misleading. Still in dispute through PayPal and will escalate if they do not refund in full. If they want the not fit for purpose product sent they will have to pay the shipping costs. This whole situation is very distressing and taking up valuable time. Complete scam do not touch with a barge pole.

Bought a kindling wood splitter for £24.99. It arrived without a bag which was promised. It is much smaller than expected and is totally unsuitable for purpose. I asked for a refund before I even took it out of its packing. They tell me if I don't like it I have to send it at my expense to China! Can't believe that - purchased in UK but return it to China. Worst purchase I have ever made for the worst product I have ever seen. I did use it eventually and it broke after a few minutes. Terrible experience - the wood split the 'steel'. Offered me £3.00 compensation.

"From Sheepskin" Complete lie. it is cheap plastic, faulty stitching, metal badge missing.
Scam, they offer to refund if my friend posts it at his cost to China!! Or £10 refund if he wants to keep it.

Absolute piece of S**T and broke on its first use

Wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased a log splitter. As with other reviews it’s half the size they say it is. I’ve just sent my third email quoting consumer rights. They are not a UK company but Chinese. Do not buy from them.

FIREWOOD KINDLING SPLITTER. What complete rubbish. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS. I waited two weeks for this to arrive from American (it was supposedly tracked) and it’s not fit for purpose. It’s not cast iron as it appears in the specifications on the web page and in the photos and videos it’s in fact made of mild steel. The supports are 5mm small mild steel rods tack welded to a thin mild steel cutting plate and is only 100mm in diameter not the 160mm as quoted. Also no oil skin bag came which you are told you will receive as well. I would have to split the logs first before they would fit. I am afraid to try it as I can tell it will just shatter. I have photos as proof and will be emailing them to the company for an explanation and full refund. I can’t believe the false representation of this product. I would give it a negative rating if at all possible.

Foolishly I decided to try it, why I don’t know. The top ring split, then bent out of shape. I now have a useless piece of mild steel. DO NOT BUY
I have just received a email in response to my complaint basically saying that the item was checked by their staff and is correct before sending it to me I just can’t believe they are saying that. They have now advised me to return it to their warehouse in china for a refund (why when it supposedly came from America) and they would generously give me £2 towards the shipping cost. What a joke.
Have just read the other reviews on this site. Wish I had read them earlier. Don't believe the information on their website. A very unhappy customer
