Don’t fall for the okey doke saying they’ll eventually send your package. Forget these scammers at blazerunner and use MOUNTBLISS, HIGH ROLLAS & THE GREEN TEAM. Highly recommend! Higher prices but reliable, honest service.

Been using BlazeRunner for a few months and whilst the delivery isn’t great (paying for next day delivery but not receiving for several days) the products have been amazing. I cannot fault their products. However, the nonsense with the website and held orders has got ridiculous. I ordered a few days before we were even told about the site maintenance and despite them saying it would only take 48hrs its has now been more than 2 weeks. They promised it’s a site issue with them trying to implement a points system and they said they will send out extras with the orders when things are going again, but if I’m honest I doubt I’ll use them again if they do come back because holding a persons money for weeks without actually giving them any info is so unprofessional. It’s a shame as their vapes were fantastic.

Some guy below commented about shortness of breath thats why i gave them up and stopped buying them the thc pens are mixed with something other than thc coudnt breath properly
Customer service was ok made plenty of orders but yes the shortness of breath they draw you in with good thc then start lowering the qauntity and mixing them with something else since giving up the pens my health breathing as become better avoid and to the ppl who paid unfortunaly take it as a loss

If you do seem like your getting scammed there must be a underlined problem.
Trust me on this one though I'm 💯 that you won't be scammed they will get back to you in due time I know it's inconvenient without any message but I know they will be getting back in touch with you if you have any purchases what haven't been sorted yet.

Look guys, it’s been a week now since the site went down. Let’s be honest, we’ve been SCAMMED. It’s absolute bollocks that the site can’t be accessed to do OUR orders. No message was given that there was gonna be upcoming maintenance and if we knew we would be waiting this long we wouldn’t have ordered. We want our money back. Also guys please check out who we sent our money to. AMTT services is registered under Amet Memet. I will do my own research into who owns blaze runner because you’ve scammed people out of thousands. You haven’t been active on telegram for 3 days? Not one single bit of reassurance to any of your customers: disgusting company.

ORDERED SOME BUD & IT NEVER ARRIVED. They've been shutdown by the police and are still taking money and orders without fulfilling them! CLASSIC SHUTDOWN SCAM. AVOID!!! They had a sign on their site saying they were “undergoing maintenance” but the truth is goggle has received a request to remove the site due to criminal activity. DO NOT ORDER.

Used Blaze Runner several times in the past year, everything arrived on n good time and I was overall happy with product,
Would use again although they seem to have gone offline for maintenance, hope they return.

Took my money and then ghosted me, now found out they blocked me on Telegram. Avoid.

Some initial worry about the first order I placed but I am happy with the service.

I have tried the two main competitors I've been able to find online, one good product with sub par delivery, and sub par customer service the other with good chatty customer service a flashy website as for the product I might has well have emptied my lawn mower clippings.
I use cannabis to treat chronic pain my only other solution is opiates....I would prefer to not build up a massive tolerance ....cancer etc
Anyway I placed my first order with blaze Runner on Wednesday and told them if they did a good job I would write an honest review of my experience as I was apprehensive after reading others.
I found their website snazzy and informative, the prices seemed ok
I chose a 7 g to start off, a product that seemed to suit my needs.
The whole checkout process was smooth, I had to wait a bit for payment confirmation but it did arrive. As did the delivery and dispatch details in a timely fashion.
The product arrived today Friday so the delivery service gets an A +
The packaging was robust and "safe"
The branded product looks quality and on opening and smelling it looks promising so
As of yet a huge A + and I would say the gold standard of customer service you can expect in the UK at the moment, not chatty, nor totally aloof just bloody efficient!
So I Wil leave a part 2 after I start using this batch, obviously that's trickier as it's a bit subjective but up till now

Absolute scam.
Ordered, paid for next day delivery.
Promised tracking info, never arrived, messaged customer service and now I’m getting the silent treatment.

I made an order and it had next day delivery, it didn’t come I asked for a refund and no one responded. The email on the site is a fake one and bounces back to your inbox and the Customer service team does not respond to your messages.

I made an order on Wednesday morning for 1 x Ace Pen and flower (pink kush). Using the special promo they had on site plus 15% off voucher I got from signing up to the newsletter. There was a delay in shipping and so the products arrived this morning (Friday around 11.30am).

Gotta to say impressed with the flower and pen doesn't hurt the throat.

Will use again
