When my package arrived, the bad of fireplace sand had been ruptured. According to customer service I will be getting a replacement bag. Happy camper here

I ordered Monday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday with FREE SHIPPING. There was a handwritten note inside which was a really customer friendly touch. I will buy anything for the BBQ season, as well as for the fireplace season from Blazzing Fire. You will not be disappointed!

Had an issue but they made it right. My first time shopping with them. Item arrived and was wobbly and had some scratches on it. They sent me a new one and didn't even ask me to try to pack up and return the damaged one. It was all taken care of in about a week. I'd shop here again.

My original ash dump that was installed with the house had rusted out, and needed a replacement FAST during the cold weather season. Found it on this site!! Shipping was fast and free (another site wanted to charge $60 shipping for the same product!!!) and it fits perfectly.

Hi, the customer had difficulty finding a product which is an add-on feature. Regarding the product I had purchased. product in reference was not in the website. Sales person looked it up, matched it for me to the product that I purchased. And called me to verify allowing me to purchase product either by email. Or phone. Product purchase will be arriving in the next two days. Comforting to know I can put everything together and I’ll have to worry about missing parts. Thank you.
