Waited two weeks for the order and the shirt didn’t fit. Contacted support and they refunded it immediately without having to send anything back, I am going to give 3 stars for that

The cardigan looked nice online, but in person the color was a bit off and the fabric felt thinner than expected. got refund without any problem

It took 22 days, 2 requests for information, one reply from ‘Richard’ himself, 2x no working track & trace info, before I finally received what looked like a tatty plastic packet from near ‘The Great Wall’. No high end recyclable packaging to support their ‘luxury’ brand aspirations. The jumper itself was nice but take note if you do decide to order, they run large. What I found odd was, that the 1st time I looked at the site everything was priced at roughly €250 - €350 or more. A couple of days later prices had dropped dramatically and I bought my jumper for €76.49!! Literally a day later the price had been raised again to €114.99. I find this all rather odd & concerning, as well as the dreadful delivery time & cheapo packaging ( the ‘logo pouch’ a previous review mentioned is just a zippy plastic bag with Blenin on it & nothing cute or durable). You’ve been warned ladies & gentlemen. Personally I won’t be ordering there again. If it walks like a duck & it talks like a duck, well, it’s usually a duck…

My experience with BLENIN is amazing. The things I ordered are beautiful and of very high quality. I feel exceptional and classy in BLENIN clothes. I ordered a smaller sweater and wanted to exchange it for a larger size. The way the BLENIN team approached me was outstanding. They treated me like a VIP person. What a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend BLENIN😊

Leider hatte meine Bestellung Lieferprobleme, ein Teil konnte nicht geliefert werden. Stattdessen erhielt ich ein sehr ähnliches Teil und ein weiteres dazu, mit der Option, beide zu behalten oder zurückzuschicken und mein Geld zurück zu erhalten. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl und habe beide Teile zum Preis von einem behalten. Das hat mich auch für die Lieferdauer von 4 Wochen entschädigt. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Qualität der insgesamt 3 Teile ist sehr gut 👍.

The shipping to Berlin took 7 days but had to return one of the items since it didn't fit entirely, however the return process was extremely simple and I felt that blenin cares about their customers

Had a minor issue which was resolved promptly by their customer support which was in German!! Big ups to them

Les photos, publicités et images produits sont faites par l’INTELLIGENCE ARTIFICIELLE. Les photos proviennent bien d’h&m et zara, et ils en font des vidéos avec l’ia, on peut très bien voir par exemple une montre qui traverse une manche, des détails qu’on ne peux pas louper sur les photo, le design change, les cols des habits changent d’une photo à l’autre pour le même article..

C’est du dropshipping, avec des produits sourcés sur 1688 et des photos à plat prises autres sites internet.

I ordered a t shirt and some pants. The problem was that the pants are literally see through, so you can see which colour my underpants have and the t shirt quality is not worth 50 euros.

If you reverse image search their merchandise, the photos are stolen from H&M, Shein, Zara, etc. They photoshop the labels out so you can't see that they are junk brands. They charge 4-5 times what they pay from the junk sites.

Re: The site's reply: Google reverse image search is a great tool. The site's owner was a regular on dropshipping subs. They deleted their reddit profile when they posted the reply below. Here are some quotes:

Great fabrics, very professional support and stunning optics. I just bought my third pair of pants and a small issue with my order was fixed almost immediately after contacting support. I am thoroughly pleased with my ordered products and hope to be in the future.

Clothing is made of comfortable material. It is fits my body shape and is pleasant to wear. Customer service was very helpful and quick.
