The lady behind this website was incredibly kind; reassuring me that all items are authentic and answered all my inquiries quickly. All items that I have purchased arrived as estimated and in great condition! Overall, a 20/10 experience with Blind Box Empire, and have already purchased more from their store as we speak :)

A Delightful Experience
The customer service at this shop is amazing! I asked them if they could re-stock a specific item, sadly it isn't made anymore but they took the time to check stock and I was able to order the last 12-pack box.
The order was packed well and well presented, I even got a cool sticker. The order was shipped and arrived promptly. I will buy back again in the hopefully near future.

Shipped very quickly, packaged very well and padded so everything was intact. My large order was correct and they even gave me a thank you freebie! Highly recommend

Perfect, Couldn't be better!
I have ordered quite a lot from here now and every time my order arrives quickly and safely! I'm glad I found them as its always a lovely experience ordering from them, they also are very active on social media, if you're a collector it's nice getting to see some of the toys before you buy and its a great place to buy those toys you are missing from a set as they sell open boxed ones too, especially if you're from the UK like me as I haven't found anywhere else here that stocks so many different collections!:)
