I had an excellent experience with Blinds To Go from start to finish. Shamaila and Team Baileys were exceptional during the consultation phase—professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They made the decision-making process easy and stress-free.
Mauricio and his installation team were punctual, courteous, and meticulous in their work. The installation was smooth, efficient, and completed with great attention to detail. The final result exceeded my expectations.
It’s rare to experience such consistent service quality from consultation through installation. I highly recommend them!

Brand new window treatments

We are so glad we were able to accommodate your needs and provide such a great experience!
Blinds were not what I ordered.
The open/close was supposed to be on the right side, but when it was installed the open/close was on the left side. I was supposed to get a call back after the salesperson talked to the supervisor, but I never received a call. Also, when the top valance was put up by the installer, it was crooked. The installer had to fix it so it was straight across.

Having the open/close installed on the wrong side and not receiving a promised call back is understandably frustrating, and we apologize for dropping the ball there. We’re also sorry you had to point out the crooked valance during installation that should have been done correctly from the start.
I did want to let you know that I just tried calling you so we could talk through everything together and also set up an appointment for a representative to come out and take a closer look. We truly want to make sure this is handled properly and that everything ends up exactly the way you expected.

Everything was awesome.
From the sales experience, to the measurements, to the installation. Everything was easy and everyone was a pleasure to work with. 10/10 and I will recommend to anyone looking for blinds. Also, we bought, got fitted, and installed within 7 days. Absolutely unreal customer service and timing. Either we were very lucky or BTG is just that awesome.

Great experience, start to finish
We needed window treatments for about 20 windows in newly our remodeled home. I visited the BTG store in Bailey's Crossroads, VA and met with Saraa. Saraa was knowledgeable, and she quickly understood our requirements and limitations. With her help we ordered cellular shades for all of our windows and they were easy to install and look beautiful. The shades all - each and every one - fit perfectly and work flawlessly. We could not be happier with our purchase and will be returning to BTG in the future.
