Top notch manufactured product. Unfortunately there were no installation instructions included in the box for hanging the blinds and no directions were available from your website. I was only able to get installation instructions from asking the online chat app, but that was painful at that point.

I am a long time customer of your shop
I am a long time customer of your shop. The blinds came in a timely manner. The directions did not come with the blinds. It took two phone calls to the shop for them to email me the directions. I found these blinds more difficult to put in than any others I’ve bought in years . The push and slide and click was a lot more difficult to get exact.

Alton, the installer, was absolutely incredible. His installation was next-level professional. He was polite, respectful, and truly showed that he cared about me as the customer. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Blinds To Go’s at-home consultation service, and I would strongly caution anyone considering using them.
From the very beginning, the sales rep overpromised everything—fast turnaround times, flawless installation, high-quality materials—you name it. It all sounded great in the moment, but none of it was actually delivered. Once the order was placed, it felt like they completely disappeared.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. Calling for help is a waste of time—they don’t answer the phone, and when you do manage to get through, you get no real answers or accountability. There’s no follow-up, no communication, and no sense that they care about fixing issues.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of integrity. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale, but once they have your money, you’re on your own. The entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional from start to finish.
Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This company does not stand behind what they promise. Save your money and go with another company.

Honestly , this was a very hard read this doesn’t sit right with us at all. This is not the experience we want anyone to have with Blinds To Go, and it’s not reflective of our brand or how we aim to work with our customers. We truly want to get to the bottom of this.

This is my second review. To date, February 20th 2026 I have not received any confirmation for a call back to correct this problem I am having.
I wrote this review in January 30th 2026. My installation was on January 7th 2026. I already was hung up once.
The installers were very nice and respectful.
There were at least two mistakes on scene. One of the rods for the curtains came in a gold color instead of the nickel color ordered and two winders were not addressed. I am waiting on Jamal who took the order to call me back. It has now been three weeks and no communication.
