The initial experience in the visit and picking blinds was as expected. But the service started to decline from measurements, then the measurements, then failed installation, and now still waiting.

The installation process was incomplete from November 13th. Still waiting to have it completed.

Service could be improved by being detail oriented from the beginning but after the fact could be improved by follow up; instead of the customer having to follow up with the store.

From beginning to end , experience was amazing . Associates at Blinds to go have amazing customer service and they were very helpful throughout the whole journey. From deciding which blinds were best for our home , to the installing. We have been coming to blinds to go for over 30 years , and will continue to use them for the next 30 years !

Jonathan was efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure having him install my blind.

I gave 5 stars rating because Sande J was very patient with us. We changed our minds on the blinds a few times and she always made great suggestions to help us with our purchase.
The installer also was excellent because he took his time and showed us how to operate the blinds.
Overall, we were very happy with the customer service we received!

I've bought over 30 blinds from Blinds to Go over the years and have been mainly pleased with the products and service.

My recent order of 6 venetian blinds was delayed being completed, taking several weeks presumably due to the pandemic, which I was warned about. When I finally received the order, 2 blinds had faulty mechanisms so didn't work. One of these had a wand the wrong length and another blind, which did work, had a wand that was too long, so could not be fitted within the window frame as planned. I checked the order details and the required wand lengths I submitted were correct. I returned the two that didn't work and tried to explain the problem, but the person in the shop was new and didn't really want to know the details of what was wrong. They were sent back to the factory and came back about a week later, but were exactly the same and still didn't work.

I took them back to the shop and explained the problem to a different salesperson and they were sent back to the factory again. When they came back, the mechanism had finally been fixed or replaced and they worked. The whole thing took over 2 months. Anyway, I just thought you should know. I believe the order was submitted correctly by me and by the salesperson at the shop, but the factory did not check that the blinds functioned, both when they were made and when they were returned.

Very thorough on ordering process to ensure exact fit. Good quality products.
