Mixed review
Pricing for the product was fair and much more reasonable than our previous Hunter Douglas blinds. However, it took the store manager to be involved to get the order placed properly. Mike, the installer was fantastic but one of the blinds was poorly made and had to be reordered.

The installer did a great job
The installer was knowledgeable and professional and installed blinds on every window in my house. He also installed vertical blinds on my sliding glass door. He answered my questions, did the work efficiently, and had a good eye for detail. The blinds look great!

Sales was good but follow-up and customer service was not
We called and made an appointment for blinds. I'm not so great at reviews so this will be short and to the point. Our blinds were backordered and we knew this and that was fine. Come the day of installation the technician only installed half the blinds. When we called to ask why we were given the runaround by customer service. When we escalated the call we ultimately had a supervisor call us back and explain that there was a mix up. We understand things happen but customer service was terrible and no one knew what the other was doing. We had to explain our story multiple times to different people. They finally installed the remainder of our blinds and gave us a 10% discount. The final instal was satisfactory. We have another project at our primary home and will not use them.
