The sales person, the man who came to measure and the installer, Mohammad, were friendly and very knowledgeable. The blinds were installed in my porch and they just finish the room. Beautiful job!! The Staff in Framingham, Aureli who helped me choose the write shade and Fabric in keeping with the design in our bedroom as well as the order for the 1st replacement blind I ordered. My husband installed it on his own and it looks great! We've since ordered 2 more. Sean Mullaney helped me with a couple of questions I had about the Blinds to Go design and features. Great people. The blinds are nice quality and keeping with the design of the 15 year old blinds we are replacing. Excellent service & Quality. I highly recommend!

The blinds looks great at our bay window. Both technicians who did the measurements and installing the blinds were professional and knew what they were doing. The consultant Omar was also great to recommend the kind and color of the blinds to make it look good. Thank you.

Love the blinds! Only problem was 2 of the door blinds need fixing according to installer. They are all up and we’re enjoyed by all at Thanksgiving but I need for installer to come back and pick the 2 up for fixing.

I purchased motorized blinds 2 years…
I purchased motorized blinds 2 years ago for our new home. A few weeks ago, one blind stopped working. The staff in the Stoughton store were great. Shipped the blind back within days. It needed reprogramming to our remote so they sent a technician to our home, who was also fabulous. I did not pay a penny for any of this.
The quality of these blinds is outstanding and the service exceptional!
