A Beautiful Home Transformation
Emily was the first one to come to my home and made the perfect choice and gave me advice on the drapes in living room and told me to keep them and get tie-backs which I did. It does look nice. My installer, Renaato, was wonderful and did such a great job. He was professional, neat and very efficient. My living room and kitchen blinds look beautiful. Thank you.

Overall I am happy with product and the…
Overall I am happy with product and the installation. It looks beautiful. However, Blinds to go company policy of payment in full PRIOR to the product even being ordered or installed is in my experience highly unusual. When I questioned this policy the sales rep was a bit sharp. My spouse was a contractor for many years and was never paid in full until the job was completed. This policy should be revised to be more in line with industry standards.

Outstanding customer service at Blinds To Go…
The customer service at Blinds To Go was outstanding! Ms. Liylis Williams was amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate us when we needed assistance and in helping to resolve any issues. They really stand behind their products which is so important and reassuring. There was great communication not only by text but Ms. Williams followed up with calls which were very much appreciated. The installers were also fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, very neat, clean, helpful and respectful of property. I highly recommend them!

The installer was awesome!
The installer that came to my home was great. He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. And when he arrived he was fast, precise, worked clean, and took all the garbage out the door with him.
