Your staff is terrific. I did have an impossible time getting the blinds to snap in to the metal clips until I realized the screws provided prevent the fixture from snapping in. I used my own screws... Ver mais

Your staff is terrific
Your staff is terrific. I did have an impossible time getting the blinds to snap in to the metal clips until I realized the screws provided prevent the fixture from snapping in. I used my own screws and it assembled with ease, but that was after an hour wasted.

We loved working with Tranae Landrum in person at Blinds To Go in Peabody, MA. After struggling to compare roller shade options at various online companies, it was incredibly helpful to have someone who could instantly explain the price differences between materials, valances, and additional options. She told us that Solar 1% is the same as Light Filtering, which gave us a few more options. She provided prices on the spot for every choice I was considering. When I placed my order for the Leyton Swan material, I felt great about both my selection and the value I was getting. Tranae was super knowledgeable and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you!
