Not the best place for your website.

I used this hosting service for a year and a half. The main problem is the CEO, Stefan Tenkov, who is also the administrator. He can change the rules and do whatever he wants, including deleting your site, and you'll simply lose money and your content. Technical support is also rude, and you'll have to deal with them frequently because your site will often be offline.

BlueAngelHost Illegally Suspended me and seized my files

I have used BlueAngelHost for quite some time, the only issue i have faced from them is moving me from one IP to the other.

Suddenly, My Servers were Suspended, I reached out to them everywhere, including Telegram, they read my message and block me.

I sent multiple emails to them, Created multiple tickets, atleast to tell me why my servers were suspended, or show me the links to these Abuse so i can remove them.

While i was waiting, i read multiple post in regards to them, on how they even charge money after wrongfully locking your account just to give you back SSH access to move elsewhere.

I worked on alternatives, got a sites under the server pointed elsewhere, I sent them another email, that the important websites has been moved elsewhere, atleast they should unlock my servers so i can move out my remaining files.

I had $593 in my account balance, and my services were on subscriptions with due date next 3months.

I Spoke to them with respect, they didn't bother to reply my emails or even tell me what i did wrong or how to get back my files, what they did was Close my account.

I have more proofs to go after Sunil Shahzad and his BlueAngelHost scam, but for this post, i am sounding a warning to anyone who'd want to use them, run far i would also use this post to say and plead to the support to reinstate my accounts, peace is all i want.

I got same thing, there is no email about policy is violated, i just think my service was suspended due to invoice. Then i paid 3 months and got feedback from them about violation, then i stole me 3 months of service. Im fine with it.

I had an extremely disappointing…Unprofessional Service and Costly Consequences with BlueAngel Host

I had an extremely disappointing experience with BlueAngel Host. They deleted my dedicated server without any prior warning or notification, resulting in significant financial losses for my business. This abrupt action disrupted my operations and caused irreparable damage. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer impact is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using BlueAngel Host—look elsewhere for reliable hosting services.

They suspended my server and are demanding $10,000 to recover my files

The word that defines me right now is despair. My server was suspended and they refuse to even grant me SSH access to back up my files — something I have a right to under GDPR laws. I even filed a complaint about it, hoping for some resolution. I begged them to let me retrieve my files, but they did nothing. I'm physically and mentally destroyed. I don't know what to do because my website was my only source of income, and now it's gone. That site was my life's work for 10 years, and it all disappeared in a matter of moment.

I'm going to share here the entire conversation I had, showing my desperation when speaking to the staff member who is demanding $10,000 just to release my backup. I even tried to make a deal with him — I offered to stay on their server, increase my monthly payment, and remove any links they wanted me to delete. I'm fully willing to go through with that agreement, because this is my only source of income. Even though $10,000 is a lot, I can still manage to pay my bills each month with the income I was earning from the site:

Terrible Service and Dishonest Practices

I had a very disappointing experience with BlueAngelHost. Right after I renewed my service for another three months, they suspended my VPS, claiming "resource abuse" without providing any clear explanation. My VPS was running within the limits of the allocated resources (1 GB RAM and 1 vCPU), but they insisted that I upgrade to a dedicated server, which felt more like an upselling tactic than a genuine issue.

What's worse, they refused to offer any refund, even though the renewal had just taken effect. It feels incredibly unfair and unprofessional to charge customers and then immediately suspend their service for vague reasons.

Their support is unhelpful and slow, and their practices seem shady. I would not recommend BlueAngelHost to anyone looking for a reliable and honest VPS provider. There are far better alternatives out there that value their customers and provide transparent, fair service.

Regarding your refund request, while our policy clearly states that refunds are not applicable after 7 days of purchase (and you’ve been using our service since 02/09/2024), we’ve still offered you a credit refund option to upgrade your plan. Bad technical support.

Very poor technical support, I was considering this service to deploy my own VPN. I decided to choose Bulgaria as the country + it was written on the website that they were using an S3 data center with very good equipment. Well, the only problem is that BlueHost are just resellers and hucksters who have no control over their own product, which they offer to users.I contacted them with the problem of open ports that look at the Internet and interfere with the settings, to which I was given the answer to use the guide that their employee provided. I completed everything successfully, but damn, the problem persists, I notified support about this several times and demanded moneyback, since their website states that you can request it within 7 days from payment. I was denied moneyback and was accused of being unable to configure the VPS...Let me remind you that earlier an employee of their company provided me with a setup guide and confirmed that all the steps I took were correct!They also informed me that their task is to supply me with equipment in accordance with the selected configuration and selected OS, and they do not have the opportunity to influence the equipment, since the service does not have such rights. Accordingly, if you purchase a VPS here, then if problems arise, you may not expect a refund or competent assistance, since they are not obligated to help you at all, their task is different - simply resell space from the data center at a higher price.
No we cannot gove refund.

1.Refund is applicable if the service is down and we fail to provide it.
2.Ports are closed as per screenshot, we do not accept what 3rd party checkers tell you.
3.If you do not know how to use the vps is not our fault. These are unmanaged vps. Our responsibility is to provide you vps with your choice of OS.
