I love the range of brands on offer and find the prices very reasonable for the quality and competitive with other retailers, even before the discounts available with the loyalty scheme. Parcels are always beautifully wrapped and arrive promptly. Bonnie is friendly and helpful and I love that she does pre-orders of Maileg so that I can get Christmas and Birthdays planned in advance and know that I will be kept fully informed of the changes in my order's status.
