awful company
awful company! they have been looking after my dad for a couple of years and i have to check every day what they are doing, i’ve had to raise safe guarding issues and they will come in and do the minimum amount and never stay the time you are paying for, they do not listen to what you want instead do their own thing, if you raise a complaint they give themselves 30 days before they provide you with a response! i had one carer give my dad frozen chips for dinner, they keep leaving his walker where he can’t reach it and he has had multiple falls because of their failures! i would avoid as all cost

Bluebird Don't Care
The carers have physically injured my 92 year old Grandfather on numerous occasions. They constantly lie on their reports about timings and have even accused family members of foul things behind their backs instead of admit their own faults. If you attempt to report this any of this to their office, they will try to gaslight you in an attempt to save their own skin. AVOID!

Today 25 mins late lunchtime call 24 mins late 5om call cancelled as the staff coming from bishops Stortford stuck in traffic evening call would gave Bern inly 2 hours after 5pm call so cancelled this call coming probably 730 unaccepatable
