Things did not go wrong exactly. We had to isolate as a household with potential whooping cough. So one day of care cost us £980 having to cancel the successive two days. Unfortunate and expensive.

Our mother has received 5 star care from Bluebird for the past few years. At first their calls were mainly social or for small jobs, but recently she has come to rely on them much more physically and emotionally. She looks forward to their visits and everyone who works there makes her feel special, which she is.

Care assistant
Being a care assistant here is great! It's not like your typical care job, I feel like we are there to help and we have time to get to know each person as a person which I love! It works around my child also which is always a plus.

I have worked with this company for…
I have worked with this company for over 4 years. The training is excellent. The office staff couldn’t be more helpful and try their best to accommodate staff and customers. We have a great team of carers who work well together. Last but not least we have such lovely customers which makes this job so good and rewarding. I would definitely recommend Bluebird to work for.
