Disappointing experience with BB care…
Disappointing experience with BB care in Rainford. We have been concerned for a while that cash has been going missing from my Mum’s house, but didn’t have enough detail to raise formally. This last weekend I know that over £50 has gone missing with the daily Bluebird carers as the only visitors during this period other than myself.
The loss of trust is more worrying than the finance. Whilst BB have carried out investigations promptly and professionally they offer nothing to restore trust - disappointing especially as in other respects they offer good care.
The outcome seems based on defensiveness, protecting corporate reputation and doesn’t quite match up to a quality and caring organisation.

Refuse to pay wages !!!!!
Work the staff to the bone then when they leave they are refusing to pay wages, yes Bluebird this is actually ILLEGAL and you will be getting a solicitor letter very soon, apparently the lady who does the wages seems to never be in the office - absolute horrible company if you treat your staff this way god knows how you treat your patients ! you should be ashamed of yourselves !!!!!

Care Worker
I worked for Bluebird Care St Helen’s for over seven years. I really enjoyed my time as a care worker, I gained lots of experience and knowledge along the way and completed my NVQ Level 2. I cared for so many lovely customers which I will be forever grateful for and met so many amazing colleagues who I class as true friends. I want to thank you all for your support over the years and I will miss you all dearly.
