My story seems to match everyone's complaints! Order in November. Got one in late December and never got the other one. Originally someone was replying to the emails and promising to replace the missing item. That never happened. At least 10 emails later and now they just don't respond. Also thought I was ordering from a USA company but turns out they ship from China. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Ordered before Christmas, received 1(horrible cheap design), but ordered 2. Contacted them, they said they reshipped, several times, then said it was being refunded. Big scam, all these reviews sound exactly like my experience. Now if I email or try and find the website, can no longer be found.

Told by someone who said their name was “Sheila” that I’d receive my items (blow torches). Never do. Charges over $200 were attempted. After 70+ emails. “Shelia” admitted to the order not being fulfilled. I was promised a refund receipt, I have not received it as of yet. “Shelia” continues to send screen shots of the emails I’ve sent asking for the receipt.

When I first viewed this company I was confident because they had a high rating but that all changed 15 days later when I still hadn't and still haven't received my merchandise. They responded well to my messages and emails but nothing ever came of it. I wasted 90 dollars. I asked for a refund to which they replied that they will process asap and I haven't received that either. It is now March and I ordered in the beginning of December. Do not waste your time and money on this company.

Do not purchase from this company. I did and am now out hundreds of dollars. They only shipped 1 item and the quality is crappy plastic. Customer service is horrible and it has now been almost 4 months of trying to get my money back with no luck.

Scam company. Ordered and paid for 2. Received one. Reached out to customer service 3x before a response. "Sheila" says she's looking into it. Reached out again after a month, "still looking into it". Another month, no response. Don't waste your money. Scam company.

Don't do it. Ordered Dec 6. Never received anything but junk tracking info and a notice that my stuff was delivered to arizona. I live in ohio. Then was promised a refund to my card on Jan 26 in 3-5 business days. That was a no-show. Now it's in the hands of credit card company. Run don't walk away from this company.

Blue Flame Tools is a SCAM! Their products are JUNK!!!! They promise a refund but never do it. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!! They will ghost you when you seek remediation.

Ordered December 7th from their holiday sale ads. Website said the product was made and shipped in the USA but after a couple weeks of no updates I found their odd tracking site that showed China as the origin! Tracking info never updated but I eventually received the item on January 27th. Almost 2 months later. The product is not even close to what was shown on their website, very poor quality, half the size, and not in the colour or style I ordered. Paid $150.35 CAD but I wouldn’t pay $50 for what actually showed up.

I ordered 2 propane torches as Christmas gifts the middle of December. After waiting a few weeks (coming over on a slow boat from China.....literally!!), I contacted them for a status update. I was informed it was delivered on Dec 20 in Alaska. I don't live in Alaska - I live on the East Coast. They immediately shipped them (or what I thought was 2) & 1 was finally delivered mid January. I still have not received the 2nd item & they have stopped responding for status updates.

2 months later, multiple attempts to contact support and no product. SCAM!!!!

Rip off... ordered 2 Torches on a cyber monday special. Was supposed to receive a small handheld torch with it.. spent around $214 for nothing. Ordered before Christmas.. Was listed as an American company, shipping from the US, but its China based. Website is gone. Won't respond to emails. Fb posts are all gone.

I placed a large Christmas order on December 1, 2025 for a delivery promised prior to Christmas. Shipped from China which might explain the shipping delay, but only 1 item of the 7 showed up. I received an initial email in response to my phone message but no other response to the follow up emails. Of course, the website no longer seems to be working...

Honestly it would receive less than one star. Ordered $200 worth of product at Thanksgiving. It supposedly was shipped on Dec 2nd. Didn't receive it until Jan 5th and was missing half my order. I did receive email responses with assurance my order was coming but wouldn't address refund request. I have yet to hear from them regarding missing item.

Ordered Dec 8th, now cannot track package and the website no longer exists. Scam.

Ordered on 12/5, never received product and now site is down. Over $100 gone..

Total scam!!! Ordered on Dec. 13th for Christmas gift! It never showed up!!! Can not track my orders and now the website has been taken down and no way of getting back my money!! Lesson learned!!

I ordered a product off their website on December 19th and never received it!!! I tried to call but now response back. I emailed them and they told me due to holidays that it was being shipped out of china. I looked this morning to check the tracking and it doesn’t show any delivery date. I tried to look up my order number and their website no longer pulls up. They are scammers!!! They took my money and I never received my product!! $119 lost!!!

Bought 12/5/25 through Shopify. Said American based company and delivery within two weeks. Then get a crappy shipping confirmation routed through china
Initially customer service email responded and said sorry for delay just before Christmas
Logged in today to check tracking and order status and website and tracking site are no longer running

Paid for multiple items. Received fake tracking # but never received any of the items.
