I have been with another GLP provider

I have been with another GLP provider, it the experience was good. I was on a 6 month plan but when it came to re-order another 3 month plan, I was approved but have not received any other communication for payment and delivery. So I decided to seek other GLP companies. Came across Blue Haven and so far the process has been great. Ordered on Sunday and delivered on Wednesday. Going to start my weight loss journey and see if the results are better or worse than my last GLP provider. I will write another review on a couple of weeks and see the progress and results.

I ordered my medicine i texted to see when it was gonna be delivered. I switched over no problems been on glp since Jan. Im still losing packing was great no bad issues. I got my 3 month supply.

Do not buy from Blue Haven RX. Don’t do it! They’re dishonest, and won’t refund if they’ve made a mistake! I’m going to talk to a friend who specializes in fraud, so if you’ve been lied to by them, contact me.

Sign up was a breeze and I was able to…

Sign up was a breeze and I was able to get a great introductory price. My prescription was approved same day and I received my prescription within a few days able to start the following Monday. I am on week 2 and feel great and lost 3lb so far. I did Reach out to support for a referral question and the responded promptly. So far so good!

I called to have them explain my dosage…

I called to get clarification about my dosage, but the representative I spoke with was quite rude, to the point that I ended up hanging up. I was ultimately able to find the information I needed on Google, and it was explained in a way that was clear and easy to understand. That experience made it seem like the customer service representative could have provided a much better explanation.
BlueHavenRx may want to focus on improving the quality of their customer service. While it’s possible the representative was just having an off day, the interaction left a negative impression on me.

If I could give ZERO stars I would

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I believe I’m one of the people they took the money from and ran. They supposedly sent my shipment on April 21st. Sent it through what seems to be a legit process , legit carrier. I got a number to tract it ect. It’s currently May3. It stopped moving April 26th. I repeatedly contacted their customer service on this issue received a lot of don’t worry we’ll talk to the carrier, oh I see it’s shipped . Must be a delay. I finally asked for a refund. The refused giving me an excuse once it’s shipped they can’t. I also attempted to remove/ close my account with my credit card card info. It would not let me remove it. I then immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute and blocked them from charging my card further. I thought I looked into it enough. I think some “ companies “are getting better at “looking “ legitimate . I wouldn’t gamble on these guys!!

Buyer Beware !!!

Buyer Beware !!!! Horrible !!! Wrong dosing no communication ! wont correct the issue they just want your money! There answer to fix the issue “ spend another 500 bucks “ go somewhere else !dont be suckered like i was !

Fast response. Great communication.

Fast response. High level of communication. Meds due today. Will update as time passes. However the trust pilot reviews here seem to be skewed to non-consequential opinions, with the oldest of 8 reviews (as I write this) being 5 weeks old.

Customer support line is not manned it…

Customer support line is not manned it takes a message and no return call. Shipment was not on time as well

Know what you’re doing there is NO support. You will get an email a few days after which is nothing but a snow job!

I paid a lot of $$ to start a program…

I paid a lot of $$ to start a program with them. After a week of them taking my money they have not processed my order, they will not answer or return phone calls, their chat answers are slow and seem to be written by AI or Bots.. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Do NOT use this company !

Good company

UPS delivered to wrong address so they shipped me out new medicine same day! They answer questions within an hour, are friendly, and caring. I used other companies before and this has been the best one so far and the price is affordable.

I have been on a glp for almost a year from
Another company.
I purchased blue haven glp and after a month nothing has happened and I am hungry a lot more often then with the other company I used. Is the dose wrong? Is it real?

Sent me the wrong dose, won't fix it

Sent me the wrong dose (lower than it should have been) and REFUSES to make it right. Spent lots of money only to have terrible support, cannot get through at all over the phone, takes forever to get a reply via chat.

There's so many other providers. I would avoid this one.
