Very very slow service

I'm very frustrated with the slow service in terms of my purchase being shipped out. If I'd know how long it would take, I would have ordered elsewhere and will next time.

Speedy delivery + everything as ordered

I have zero complaints. Everything came quickly, was packed carefully and all items were in good conditions upon their arrival.

Price was also extremely fair. I will be ordering from Blue Herbs again!

Still haven't received my order.

It has been almost 7 business days now which is within the 3-7 days that Blue Herbs states for shipping but I have yet to receive my order. I never received shipping confirmation or any information from the company other than the original receipt in my email. If there was a delay in shipping my order, I would have liked to at least been notified. I also had a terrible time placing my order as my credit card would not go through and I had to contact my credit card company and approve the transaction. I was told it a problem related to Blue Herbs. This is my first time ordering and so far, I'm not impressed.

Arrived quickly!

I realized that I ran out of Bio-Kult and needed a quick shipment of it. I originally looked at Amazon but the prices had gone up a bit and I don't believe in paying more for something that I can get cheaper elsewhere. I found Blue Herbs! And I was so excited about the quick and free shipping and cheaper price on Bio Kult.

No reason to change horses in midstream.

I used to order bio-kult probiotics on Amazon, and received my shipment from Blue Herbs. Every order arrived promptly and without a hitch. When I went back to Amazon to order more recently, I was dismayed to find that they'd switched to a vendor in Europe whose estimated delivery time was 28 days. No point in taking a risk on someone new (or waiting a month to receive my shipment) when I could track down Blue Herbs online and have my order filled in a fraction of the time.

Where are you?

I am purchasing from the US, and have to notify my credit company when making a purchase out of country, and nothing on your sight indicates which country you are located in, just your shipping address in the US, so it's a very frustrating process for me as I get rejected and have to wait for my credit card company to call me before completing my purchase process. I do not look forward to it, to say the least-usually taking 3-4 HOURS ....yes hours....so I'll be looking for another source for this substantial purchase unless someone tells me when your billing comes from to get it pre-approved for authorization.

Right On Time

Purchased acupuncture Mat worried about having it delivered on time due to the fact that the
weekend was approaching did not know if they included weekends for the days shipped
perfect timing it arrived Wednesday and my friend's birthday was celebrated on that
evening,very happy with the order.

OK Now That Is Service

Have you ever ordered something from the internet and got the run around. I have. Recently I ordered from Blue Herbs and ran into a deliver issue. They were amazing. They let me know and the changes were made. One of these changes had me resubmit an email. They noticed that I had made an error in my input of the address. They actually went into my old account and found the issue so they could email me back. It is beyond the regular service that I am used to. Thanks Blue Herbs!!!
