We would like to clearly state that all information shared by our company is based solely on verified operational records. Our call logs, WhatsApp message records, GPS data, and voice recordings objectively reflect the actual course of events.

As previously mentioned, we are sharing with you both the GPS records and the voice recordings in which you stated that you were unable to locate the designated desk. These records are factual and system-generated, leaving no room for misrepresentation or misleading statements.

For this reason, claims suggesting that our company is “continuing to lie” are unfounded and do not reflect the documented facts. All our processes are conducted transparently and in accordance with the information provided to our guests prior to service.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify an important point regarding the refund process.

You may have been incorrectly informed regarding responsibility for the refund. As the local service provider, we do not process refunds directly to guests. Refunds are handled by the company through which the reservation was made, as payment is collected by that company, not by us.

If no refund has been issued to you, this matter needs to be addressed with the booking company directly. Unfortunately, this is not within our control.

First of all, we are truly sorry for the negative experience you had. The safety and timely transportation of our guests is always our top priority. None of our vehicles ever stop in unsafe or isolated areas; all of our transfer vehicles are monitored in real-time via GPS throughout the journey. This ensures that both safety and time management are continuously under control.

In addition, we have a 24/7 call center available to provide immediate assistance to all our passengers at any time of the day. You mentioned that you were not able to reach us at the time of your transfer; we are investigating this issue separately as normally our guests can always contact us and receive instant support.

We have carefully reviewed our records regarding this service and can confirm that the vehicle was indeed delayed due to an unexpected traffic accident on the route. While we always plan our transfers by allowing extra time for the usual traffic in Antalya, unfortunately, extraordinary incidents such as sudden accidents or road closures can still cause longer delays that are beyond our control.

We fully understand the stress this caused you and the other guests travelling on the same service. Please be assured that our priority is always to ensure that our passengers are transported safely and arrive at the airport without unnecessary risk.

In cases where you are unable to locate us at the airport, the desk number and emergency contact details that every guest should have are provided to you according to the instructions on your voucher. Please follow the instructions on the voucher. If this information was not provided to you by your travel agency, we recommend contacting your agency to report your complaint.

We handle and assist an average of 3,000 passengers daily, 24/7. Even with this volume, our vehicles and operational information are constantly monitored through our systems, computers, and GPS records. Therefore, it is not possible for a vehicle to be absent or for our staff to be unable to access the necessary information. We are concerned that our team member responded with “I don’t know” and this will be thoroughly investigated.

After reviewing our records, we can confirm that the vehicle was ready and waiting at the airport at the time of your flight’s arrival. Additionally, we have verified that your return transfer was completed without any issues.

Please note that the rest stop in question is a regular, official, monitored facility used by many transfer companies and operates 24/7. Especially on long journeys exceeding 100 km, short breaks are a common operational practice to allow passengers to attend to their basic needs. Your comfort and driving safety remain our top priorities.

The pricing at this facility is not directly related to our company and is the responsibility of the local operator. Purchases are entirely at the discretion of the passengers. However, we understand that pricing concerns or any payment discrepancies can be unpleasant experiences for our guests. While short waiting times can occasionally occur in shared shuttle services due to operational reasons, the maximum wait time typically does not exceed 1 hour. As for the stop made during the journey, the facility in question is a well-established, monitored, 24/7 operational rest area frequently used by transfer vehicles. The waiting times for our shuttle services are determined based on traffic and operational planning, and according to our GPS records, they were conducted in line with standard procedures. However, we are truly sorry for the negative experience you encountered during this process.

Additionally, the fact that our driver smoked is absolutely unacceptable. As per our quality management policies, smoking is strictly prohibited not only inside the vehicle but even nearby it. In full compliance with Turkish regulations, smoking inside vehicles is strictly forbidden. Necessary investigations have been initiated.
