After a small issue with delivery of the test kits via Royal Mail, the receipt, analysis and production of the report was excellent. I proposed that the days of the week that samples can still be returned to the lab, be made clear in correspondence and online.

the only negative feedback I would give…
the only negative feedback I would give is why when you opt out (when a patient required urgent results) do you penalise by cancelling your doctors report. Surely you should keep that in because you would have supplied it anyway.
It does not make sense please explain????

Thank you Courtney for your feedback. The Doctors report adds an approx. two days extra on the results to complete so if you require the results urgently and cannot wait those extra two days you are given the option to bypass to receive your results quicker.

I had a home kit and sent my bloods off last Thursday and I've heard nothing back, I've emailed in and thet said that couldn't find my order or account when I can clearly see my account. All I want to know is when will I receive my results or do I need to get a refund.

Straight forward process and recommend Nurse home visit option
It was easy to buy the test and for nurse to take blood specimen. Test arrived safely and in one piece next day. Nurse called me within 2 days to book appointment. Nurse did everything for me, explained the process and posted test back to Blue Horizon. Definitely worth the extra cost of the Nurse home visit.
