Blue Residential have been great for me. As a landlord I transferred to them about a year ago. All their services have been excellent . Tenant find , very quick, with none of all the usual hassle. There customer service and office staff are always pleasant and happy to help with any queries and they get things done !!
I could not recommend Blue Residential more highly.. If you are a landlord I think Blue Residential are definitely worth talking too..

I engaged Blue Residential to let out my property in Guiseley.
This involved advertising the property, arranging viewings, vetting potential tenants, drawing up the tenancy agreement and inventory.
