My experience with bluerose publishers was awesome. They are very much proffessional , supportive and trustworthy in the field of publishing. And I will suggest others to show trust in bluerose publishers. I specially eant to thank Samar , Shrusti mam and Ankita mam to be with me and helping me clearing my doubts along the journey. Thank you all a few.

The way my workload was shedded off by the company and most of the first publishing work was done by them and the way things were on time.

My publishing experience with blue rose was quite impressive. I published my sons book who is 13 years old with blue rose publishers, the process was so smooth, and each and every single point they committed in the publishing journey for Lost in a multiversal oblivion, they completed every commitment. It happened so flawlessly. Everything was world class level. Appreciate the team! The team were so calm and efficient in solving all my queries and hurdles. Kudos !!

As an author with five published titles, I approached BlueRose Publishers with optimism, impressed by the vision of their founder and the supportive first interaction I had with their representative, Ms. Sara. However, my overall experience soon shifted from enthusiasm to disappointment due to several operational and communication issues that remained unresolved despite multiple attempts at dialogue.

From the very beginning, the tone of communication with the backend team felt more transactional than collaborative. Their heavy reliance on penalty-based policies, like ₹1500+GST for manuscript revisions, showed little flexibility or understanding toward the creative process. Despite repeated communication, their responses often felt templated and failed to offer clear or satisfactory solutions.

What was most disheartening was the lack of consistency in support—while one representative promised WhatsApp coordination (a basic request for me being outside India), another claimed they were “not authorized” to use it. These contradictions eroded trust and made me feel less like a valued author and more like a client navigating corporate bureaucracy.

Despite my attempts to escalate matters respectfully, including offering constructive feedback and requesting refund clarity, I received delayed, vague, or repetitive responses that avoided directly addressing my core concerns.

Eventually, I had to formally withdraw from the publishing process and request a full refund. As of writing this, I am still awaiting confirmation of the refund despite repeated follow-ups.

❗Final Thoughts:

BlueRose may work well for first-time authors looking for structure, but in my view, their process lacks empathy, flexibility, and transparency, especially for experienced writers. I sincerely hope they reflect on this feedback and evolve toward a more author-first approach, in both policy and spirit.
