Highly recommended service

I recently ordered a birthday item for my brother in law. Unfortunately I gave wrong address for delivery. When post office were unable to deliver I contacted blue whale by telephone. They answered immediately & assured me they would resend the item to the correct address which they did very quickly.
They were so helpful which I so appreciated and I would highly recommend their service and kindness.

WARNING DON’T BUY FROM THEM …

We brought a chicken coop for our chickens and it didn’t even last 6 weeks! It fell apart! After sales has been appalling! They even sent me there supplier phone number to deal with the problem!! Stay away from them!

Would have been zero stars!

Would have been zero stars, but no option unfortunately! DO NOT buy anything from this company, my hot tub has blown up, which we purchased last year. We were told 10 year warranty, no one will reply to my e-mails or messages. Please be warned!!!!

ordered a rattan set and its great, the only gripe was the courier they used delivered the three boxes separately over three days. All packages came eventually though

Be careful

Be careful. I got an IPhone pro max silver case that came in pieces I even sent them pictures of it. They keep passing the buck. After 30 days your screwed. Be aware

Shocking after sales

Shocking after sales. Bought 3 hot tubs waited months for them. When one of them stopped heating properly after 6 months so should have been under warranty BWS would not reply to my emails. In the end we had to pay £300 to get a freelance engineer out to replace the heater. Unbelievable that they can get away with this.

Be very careful

Be very careful! Great sales service and delivery but if something goes wrong whilst under warranty, you get ignored! The LED lighting packed up on ours and they asked me to send them a video! Then nothing! Still trying to chase them up 3 weeks later!

I ordered a rabbit hutch with cover

I ordered a rabbit hutch with cover , unfortunately the cover didn’t arrive. I contacted them ( Adi Khan ) who was most helpful. After apologies the item was sent out and arrived the following day.
Excellent customer service

Where do I start with this so called…

Where do I start with this so called company, which by all accounts is not a business but a single guy selling hot tubs .
Delivery went according to plan, decent guys installing it, 3 weeks after purchase the main dial that operates the pumps snapped off leaving only half the tub working. This fault reported in May. After many texts back n forward being fobbed off with parts on order.
Then emails back and forward, finally gets an email asking for serial number “as we can’t order part until we have this.”
In the meantime £6k’s worth of tub still not fully working and tripping electric regularly.
Had enough of the fob offs it’s going into the hands of my solicitor full refund demanded and can have it back.
I’ll spend my money with a reputable company that has a customer service team to support you after they got your money

DO NOT BUY BEWARE!!!YOU ARE NOT BUYING FROM a company the actual company dissolved in March 2021simply check companies house....So your buying from a sole trader purporting to be a business you have been warned.
