For more than a week I didn’t have any update on the purchase. Getting in touch via website or email took some days to get an answer.

Product is great and so is the customer service. I had a question about how to properly do the knot during installation and they made a how to video to send. I had an issue with a broken part, although it took a while to ship they followed up and made sure I received.

Came pretty quickly was easy to seat up and fits nicely in our living room.

It came broken and with bad fines he’s. Pieces of painted wood falling out from the beads and sharp edges. I answer the email to start a return and nobody answered me.

Excellent quality product and my order got here so quickly. No need to call customer service at all!

I chose this playpen specifically because it was marketed as a safe, non-toxic product made from untreated wood with no harmful chemicals. That was very important to me as a parent.
Unfortunately, the packaging undermined that peace of mind. The box arrived damaged, and while the styrofoam did protect the wood from major damage, it shattered into hundreds of tiny pieces, and due to static they clung to every surface of the playpen.
This created a frustrating and time-consuming cleaning process, but more importantly, a safety concern. These tiny pieces could find their way into the play area and eventually inhaled or ingested by my baby, defeating the purpose of purchasing a product advertised as safe and non-toxic.
I appreciate that the product itself appears well-made, but the packaging choice and lack of protection against this kind of issue significantly impacted my overall experience.
I would strongly recommend the company reconsider its packaging materials.

Ordered, delivered fast, great product and my baby loves it . ONly think is I wish some home the color shapes could stay up vs falling right down

Great indoor jungle gym. lots of parts to put together but worth it! good quality and would recommend. the only thing i'd improve is the disc swing, would prefer a stronger attachment than just the rope. Other than that great product.

Does not ship to FPO, making it very inconvenient for military personnel stationed overseas to order. I had to order this to a different address and pay extra money to ship it here. Now it will not be here in time for my daughter's birthday. Do better and support our military.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased the play pen, which came with two defective parts - a rod and an entire panel, which would not lock into any connector. The Company's customer service was terrible. They do not keep replacement parts in the US - they ship from China, and the Company would not allow me to return the product for a refund.

I loved the colors on the crown cushion. The only drawback is that I wish it had a little more filling in the pillows. You can still feel the ridges in the arch because it’s so thin. Pictures give a false sense of plushness.

The product I purchased was unavailable, so BlueWood contacted me by email with detailed exchange or refund options and promptly shipped the product I chose in exchange.

One thing that I will say is a part was missing, but they did substitute it with another and it worked fine! Didn’t need to contact them or anything… besides that I’m HIGHLY impressed! I ordered it on a Sunday night and received it at my door by Wednesday morning! I originally seen this product on Walmart.com but by the time I was able to purchase Walmarts flash sale was over and the only color available was the plain wood.. so I googled BlueWood and ordered directly through their website! I received a coupon for signing up and they were having a sale of their own, I was able to stack the coupons which saved even more money than I would have at Walmart and received it quicker and in the color I wanted originally! I bout this mainly for my 18 month old, who wouldn’t stop climbing our cat trees and breaking them 😅 this has been the perfect redirection tool and she uses it for hours on hours daily! My 4 1/2 year old also plays on it with her! It’s definitely sturdy, I’ve seen a few mixed reviews about older kids using it but mine is more on the smaller side for her age, she’s tall but really skinny. She weighs about 45 lbs. my 18 month old is about 25 lbs and there’s no issues with them using it simultaneously. I also love how it’s not too bulky and perfect to put in a standard living room. I bout this along with a big doll house and it’s significantly decreased screen time and my littlest climbing on the things she shouldn’t be. I wish I bout one sooner for when my 1st born was around my 2nd borns age. I’m also about to have another baby in a month and this will be a life saver for post partum during the middle of winter. I’m excited to use the wall climbing to teach the 3rd born how to crawl in about 6 months or so. I debated this vs the pickler triangle and so glad I went with the jungle gym instead

Great customer service. Let me know that my original order didn't hit their standards, so they offered to upgrade my order. Received my order very quickly.

Good sized packaging, not too big or heavy. Easy to put together. Even with my toddler nearby. Feels very sturdy and safe.

Simple and functional, seems to be environmentally friendly made of wood, Lots of screws but easily assembled.

The experience was seamless. Ordering was easy and the package was delivered quickly. The only thing was that the delivery person could have called me instead of lifting it over the fence and poking holes in both boxes

Superb wooden toy, especially the fact that it can be folded, leaving more space for other toys. Great montessori gift for kids!

Great quality wood products for kids. Bluewood was easy to order from, shipped quickly and was packed well. Customer service was very positive also. The color that I ordered was out of stock but customer service worked with me and I was happy with my second choice. They gave me a nice size voucher to use on a future product for my inconvenience, which I have used for a Xmas present.
