I'll start by saying this is on me.

Bought a 4K Blue Ray boxed set in December 2025. It arrived two weeks later, which was great. Normally I watch DVDs / Blue Rays on my PC. Since the equipment is better than most home set top boxes. However, not one of the 3 CDs worked.
Ok, I assumed it was just my equipment. Then had multiple friends try this on everything from set top boxes to dedicated home theaters - the only disc that would play at all - was a music disc. Ten different players and neither of the two video discs would work.

Naturally by the time I did all of this I was out of warranty to return. Giving them the benefit of the doubt was costly.

I bought from them before. And I really liked their prices. I thought the website was very nice and clear to use. They basically have everything. The Item's I bought arrived VERY QUICKLY. Mint Condition. Owner is very nice and responsive. They are the best! Will definitely buy from them again in the future!

My first order arrived and I was hesitant on what the condition of the Collectors boxes would be. So many sellers will advertise NM or higher but when the item arrives, it’s clearly substandard. I took a chance with BFE anyways. I was pleasantly surprised, impressed even, as they arrived in MINT condition. They looked like they went straight into storage after being inventoried so they would not be subject to wear and tear. I turned around on the same day I received that order and spent $700 more because I am confident that I will be impressed again. Cliff has the best selection of rare 4k Blu-ray Collectors Steelbooks and has always responded to every message I’ve sent. Thanks for everything!

Purchased Shang-Chi and Spider-Man into the spiderverse. Both premium. They were shipped with a tracking number within 3 hours! Items arrived well protected and in perfect condition.

As the previous reviews mention. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! I purchased possession 4k limited mid December then was later automatically cancelled. Come to find out he was selling his entire stock on eBay for double/triple the profits so if you purchased from his website for “regular” msr (around 76 dollars)which is still a lot considering the movie sells for 56$ anyway. That very same copy you purchased was now being sold on eBay for more profits. He waits until he actually runs out of stock so he can try to gaslight you and throw blame at the distribution company for not making more making it seem like it’s not entirely his fault.

Bring your money elsewhere don’t support eBay scalpers.

Purchased Possession 4k for lower price on 12/29/25. price went up a couple of days later. waited all this time. canceled my order today. meanwhile selling same item for twice the price on ebay during my wait. bad businessman who i will never buy from again. Fulfilled new orders after mine for more money though right?

Update 1/24/2025 he has now cancelled my order but did not send my refund. Literally trying to rob me infront of my eyes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY/PERSON

Absolutely terrible company. Cliff. Is a scalper and nothing but. I made my order on December 28th 2025 of an item that was listed as in stock and at regular msr, mind you I had other options and have seen and ignored restocks because I figure my order is secured. FFW to today 1/22/25 nearly a month later with no updates. See that he has the same item
I ordered on his eBay for a higher price and actively selling and shipping those out while the order I placed nearly a month ago just gets to sit in a limbo of “I may or may not get it” so, he is actively and proudly selling the item you already purchased for a higher profit basically until you get impatient and cancel the order or he just simply runs out cause he’s selling his entire stock on eBay now. I chose bfe cause I’ve had positive experience with but after seeing how He purposely holds onto your order that you already paid for just to get bigger profits on eBay then makes up excuses that he’s forced to charge said prices cause his distributor charges him that much then goes ahead and raises those eBay prices the very next day. Cliff, you’re not a fan of movies you’re just a greedy POS and a part of the problem. I will be going to every single boutique movie fan group, second sight groups, etc etc that you are a place to stay away from. Buy elsewhere your money will do more service to a better business like orbitdvd, diabolikdvd and others alike.

The customer service here is top tier. They have an incredibly useful chat feature on their website which I used to ask some questions. The person I chatted with was very helpful, courteous, and prompt. I ordered my movie immediately after our conversation and selected the Extra Protection Shipping for one cent. You would be a fool not to add this to every order. It Is One Penny. My Steelbook arrived in flawless condition and in under a week. I cannot recommend Blurays For Everyone enough. Thank you, BFE!
