Still waiting

Purchased my ring in March 2021, one has tarnished asked for a warranty replacement on july 15th, 2021. I still waiting, was told it was on its way. It has been over 1 month, I can not recommend this product to anyone.
As of Aug 30,21, still no response to my emails. There is no other way to contact any one no phone #, no address

I ordered a ring for my wife for her…

I ordered a ring for my wife for her birthday. It arrived quickly and the packaging was very nice. Unfortunately, after two weeks the gold coating wore off and the ring left black marks on my wife's finger. It also lost it's shape. I know the ring is not 14k gold but I expected it to last more than two weeks. Update: Blush And Bar quickly replaced my wife's ring. Will give them five stars

I was worried this was a scam company but I was so wrong

I was worried this was a scam company at first because it seemed too good to be true. Beautiful rings at great prices, handmade and woman owned. (I also had a previous experience with online scammers). But was I so wrong. The company was great and so quick. I had my ring under a month of ordering in. The tracking number they provided was accurate down to the minute and the rings are stunning. Like you can see the quality and design. It's truly stunning and amazing. If you're ordering from here I would definitely recommend, especially the opal ring but it is gorgeous

I have ordered since January 2021 about…

I have ordered since January 2021 about 4 rings at the same time but yet none have arrived. I keep asking for the status of my shipping and they come up with excuses like my address is not good or my product is out of stock or country restrictions...since so long they are stringing me along. I was to give them as gifts but the birthday has already passed. Who can help me? Or give me my money back if you can't help.

Suhaylah: We do apologize, but you are not quite being honest here. We did advise there was an issue with your address at the beginning. You do not have any numbers in your address, just area names, and the country. Our fulfillment center flagged your orders because of this. They are an international order fulfillment company, and are contracted to ship orders for us. They are also very well versed in address verifications all over the world. We emailed several times asking for a complete address, and you explained if the packages were shipped to the particular name of the area, the city, and the country, you would get it, but there was no house, building, apartment, or number for your location. USPS, Fed Ex, and DHL all rejected your address, and we advised this. Next, we were informed there was a Covid restriction on packages to your entire country. So even after trying to overcome the inability to send the package to your address, your country was limiting packages coming in. We have no control over this- it is Covid related, and your government controls this. I am refunding your orders now, and sincerely apologize for the issues, but we did ask several times for your help, and unfortunately we were not able to get a proper address to send your items out to you as we expected to.

Already planning future purchases!

I saw an ad for Blush and Bar on Facebook. I really liked the sleek and minimalistic look of their rings. They had a special for 3 rings, normally priced $59 each for $99. I ordered them and was awarded a "FREE GIFT"! The free gift is a ring holder for your drawer or something. Nice if you have an excess of rings, (spaces for like 50 or more!), but I'd have preferred jewelry cleaner, or more of a discount. I don't really see the value in the gift. Having said that, the shipping was QUICK! The rings look EXACTLY like they were advertised and fit me perfectly. They're stackable, but the ones I got don't really seem to mesh well together. All the same, I already plan on purchasing a few more for my other fingers! I reserved the last star for the quality. Need to see how long/well they last over time. All in all, I am SUPER pleased with this company and this purchase so far. Thank you, Blush and Bar!

Just love my rings

Just love my rings. Bought 3 of them. Blush and Bar is the only place I can get size 13. My hands are swollen due to arthritis.

Poor Customer Service

I don’t know if I’m trying to contact a different company, but rings took a long time to come & they came in dribs & drabs. (Some just before Christmas, some after). I liked 2 of the rings. The free ring had a discolored stone bc it was dull & not shiny like the rest, though it did come in a cool box that lit up when you opened it. All the packing was very nice, & I loved the pink color. (very classy packaging) However, the 3 rings I didn’t care for I wanted to exchange, but I can’t seem get an answer back on my emails to get a return label to do so. I’ve tried on FB Messenger & emails to customer service. I just want to exchange & now it’s past the free resizing (rings are a tad too small over my knuckle on my right ring finger.) I’m hoping I won’t be told it’s too late to exchange as it is now past 60 days, though I got the last ring of my order on 1/28 & was waiting until I had them all to know what was what. I received 4 different deliveries for 5 rings. Just want to get this issue resolved already. I won’t be wearing these rings constantly, but I hope they stay nice, as I’ve read other people claim that they have discolored. I know they have a lifetime warranty, but if the CS is the same to have them replaced on the lifetime warranty, I’m not looking forward to it. I’ll repost when I hear back from CS.

Amazing customer service and perfect style

This company has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and the most beautifully simple jewelry that fits for any occasion. The jewelry is true to size so no issues with sizing and Sarah was so helpful when there was a tiny error in my original order. I’ve been looking for reasonably priced jewelry that meets my desire for simplicity and this website absolutely met my needs :) Couldn’t be happier, definitely will be ordering more in the future.

Decent customer service

Poor quality. I purchased from them 2x over the course of 1 month (April 2019) with their 3 for $99 deal so I got 6 rings. Now 5 out of the 6 rings have tarnished significantly. I take pride in caring for the rings but rings I’ve purchased at some fair/market near me which cost $10 have not tarnished at all and I’ve had them for 3+ years but these rings with a lifetime warranty tarnished within 1 year. I’ve used them on occasion during the year of 2019. Since the pandemic I’ve not used the ring during 2020 at all since I’m home all the time. So these rings have only been used less than 9 months and have been put in storage in my jewelry container all this time. There’s no reason for them to wear out so quickly and cost so much. I wish I can post pictures of what they look like before I toss them out.
UPDATE: Customer service did contact me and told me about the change in ownership in late 2019 and offered replacements for the 5 rings that were tarnished. They acknowledged the previous rings may be subpar compared to their current collection due to a change in artisans. Although 2 of the 5 rings I purchased are not sold anymore, they allowed me to pick out 2 from their current collection. I still stand by my previous review that the previous rings were not good quality but customer service did remedy the situation within 2 days and I’m being sent the new rings. I do hope they were right and this time around the rings are better quality and will last a least a couple years with good care. If not I will update again.

Consumers, I am a longtime jewlery fanatic, and a medical professional. My order consisted of 2 Esther Petite Cluster Rings, one a size 10 and another size 13, both came in correct size and in wonderful packaging. Although I typically stray from fashion jewelry, this ring particularly has held up well. no allergic reaction or stones falling out. Shipping was made fast and easy. A ton of reviews here point out fading and discoloration. This ring is 18k rose gold vermeil, this material is a thick coating of 18ct gold over sterling silver. when cared for and stored properly(like all jewlery) it should last upward to 20 years. this means remove your jewelry before exercising, washing your hands or showering, always apply perfumes, creams and hair care products before wearing, to clean, buff gently with a dry cloth, and store in a safe, dry place when not worn. Blush and Bar packaging is so detailed it makes the safest place for your ring when not on your finger. Even with "fancy" "flawless" jewlery, this is the case. All said and done, I am very happy with my order and recommend purchasing Blush and Bar's products, particularly the 18k vermeil.

It's hard to find a business today that not only values customer service but provides it. Customer appreciation is a lost art. Blush and Bar has been attentive and responsive. If your not entrusting your orders and business with Blush and Bar you may want to rethink your strategy. Top tier business!

"Gold Plated" More like gold painted...

Bought two rings for my gf. "GOLD PLATED"? More like gold painted. After two weeks they have already faded to silver. Just spend two or three times the money for 10k solid somewhere else small. You'll be happier in the long run, or she will when her ring never fades.

I will not reach out to you to be simply provided more of the same cheap crap, and I scoff at the idea that a piece which costs thousands of dollars would do this. I purchased a solid gold gemstone ring for 198$ from a jeweler in Toronto, and I have a 3 year guarantee that says it will never fade. Also that if a stone were to fall out they will REPAIR the ring. Not send me a cheap replacement. Trying to excuse yourself of this is pretty gross in my opinion. Bring your product up to spec, or else remove it from the market before the lawsuits start coming in because trust me guys. They are coming.

I have refunded your money, knowing we could never make you happy because you simply expected something in more of a Fine jewelry price range while paying $24.50 per item. Fashion jewelry is not the same as fine jewelry. Your expectations were for a higher end piece, and we are happy you found this. While we regret your experience, we know expectations were not aligned with reality in this instance. You should have bought something more along the fine jewelry lines from the start, so your expectations were met properly. We make no excuses- we offer proven facts of industry wide issues- why else would there be articles addressing this? We consider this matter closed, and wish you well.
