THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I'm just a regular guy. I'm disabled and don't have a ton of money. What little i have I try to get value from. Bluvall not only sent a bike with a defective battery and/or wiring, but said they were sending parts and instead sent me a FAKE tracking number and a picture of a cardboard box with Chinese writing on it to try to delay me returning the bike to Walmart. Walmart confirmed the tracking number was bogus, not to mention the parts never arrived...obviously. don't buy from these people. Just do your best to save a few more bucks for a more reputable seller.

amazing service

Had unique situation that required significant amount of attention and assistance from Bluevall's customer service.
They were simply extraordinary, communicative, helpful, and simply great.
The level of personal attention and assistance I received is rare.

Got may k10 in February of 2025-…

Got may k10 in February of 2025- November 2025 and 200 miles, ran great out the box with no issues fast and strong dual motor dual battery, got a code 10 I reached out to the company and after a few emails, pictures and diagnostic attempts they said they will send out parts to fix it and they did they sent out a new controller and supporting wire harness. The emails are a little frustrating for someone that doesn’t really know how to do back-and-forth with emails “me” but at the end they did right and the bike is running great again thank you Jessica. I wold recommend the product

Amazing customer service and bike quality.

I ordered a bike for myself and a bike for my son. My son changed his mind on the color. I reached out to the company and within the same day ( a Friday after hours) they emailed me back saying it wasn’t an issue to change the color. Their customer service is amazing.
But the bikes are even more amazing. We love our SU8 e-bikes.

I love my K10 trail But

Customer service we'll get back to you if you write a review much quicker than their own website hard to log in and out of the website every time I have to change my password back to the same password every time I want to speak to them they have to send you a link. The bike is not meant for European roads as it does not have a c o c certificate therefore you cannot drive it on roads legally in Europe. it's advertised as a trail of road bike but I would not recommend off-roading with it. this is a cruising bike. You will get approximately 20 to 30 kilometers from each battery if you do the speed of 35kl to 45kl kilometers per hour and you weigh approximately 80kg-90kg kilos. petal assist will increase that. Customer service team will help you out and send you all the relevant parts that you need and send you instructional videos and how to do it but it without the tools and the knowledge of an engineer you're probably not going to be able to do it so you'll have to spend money in a bike shop for them to do it for you. I am able to do most of the work myself but an average person probably can't so keep that in mind. The bike suspension is rough and the front wheel motor doesn't stick to the road so do not engage it unless you're actually moving at 15 kilometers always turn it off if you're going to stop or take off taking off with the front wheel motor on is not safe to wait distribution of the bike means the front of the bike lifts up the front motor off when taking off and that will solve the problem overall it's a good bike with a few issues overall it's fun

Regarding the C.O.C. certificate, we sincerely apologize if our earlier communication made things unclear. Our K10 Trail is designed as an off-road e-bike with power levels that exceed the 250W limit required for legal on-road use in many EU countries. For this reason, most customers use it on private land or off-road trails, and very few request a COC.

That said, we can help you obtain the supporting Declaration of Conformity / product compliance documents from our factory engineers. These documents confirm the technical specifications of the bike. Please email us directly so we can prepare them for you.

About water conditions — the K10 is splash-resistant for normal wet roads, but like all high-powered e-bikes, it should not be ridden in heavy rain, deep water, or seawater, as electronics and saltwater don’t mix. Your feedback is valuable and we are actively improving our waterproofing.

I have ridden many ebikes and have reviewed many ebikes. Let me tell you the Bluvall SU8 is top Notch. For a bike under $1000 you can not go wrong. 20x4 fat tires, dual suspension, a comfortable bench style seat, (7) speed Schimano gears, Logan Brakes, a large LED headlight, a rear break light, hydraulic Breaks and a speed of up to (31) Mph depending on the riders weight. I have had this bike for (3) months and recieve many compliments on the bike. The Customer support team is top notch so you don't have to worry about being left in the dark. They respond to every email very quickly. Take it from me if you are currently looking to purchase an ebike for commuting, cruising around or just want to have some fun Bluvall will not disappoint.

Absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely terrible experience. I was sent a damaged bike for my son's Christmas gift. After reaching out to the company they determined the motor's core mechanism was damaged. They sent the part out and a video of someone unscrewing the part and screwing a new part in without any instruction. I reached out repeatedly for detailed instructions because I am not a mechanic and am not comfortable working on a bike's motor without detailed instructions. This was not provided nor was my request for a partial refund to compensate for the fact that I paid full price for a damaged bike and my son was without his gift for more than 30 days.

We checked our system and unfortunately did not receive any support request through our official website, so it seems the replacement part and video were sent to you by a third-party platform representative. You are absolutely right — the installation instructions should have been clearer, and we will improve this immediately.

If you are not comfortable installing the part yourself, you may take the bike to any local bike shop. Once you provide the invoice, we will fully reimburse the repair cost under your warranty.
