I ordered some $100 product mid February. In mid-April, the product was still not received and my money was still not refunded despite numerous requests.

I have ordered 3 different products the 1st I received in 15 days the other 2 orders are now over a month late I am really upset with the shipping process especially since you have had my money for over a month

At 66, I ordered the Miracle Infusion Cream together with the Prime Blyme Elixir. Everything came in solid packaging and the design looks quite premium on my counter. Shipping was slower than expected but still fine. After about a month my skin feels more hydrated and my smile lines are softer. Customer support replied quickly when I checked on my order on why was it late. Would recommend, just give it a bit of time and don't give up on it.

I’m 64 and ordered the Prime Blyme Elixir during a sale after recieving an email a few times on it. The bottle design looked elegant and the packaging felt very secure when it arrived. Slow shipping, didn't like the packaging. Really have no idea what people talk about here and their taste in packaging, serum wasn't that bad however, worked quite efficiently after just 5 weeks. Serum is great, but everything else didn't allign on my taste.

I ordered this product from Facebook and was skeptical if it really works. I used this product for 8 weeks to properly give a review with confidence. It works good for my skin, I read some other reviews here that said the same about the time period of it working, for some it was faster which I doubt a little. For me it was 7 weeks. The product is amazing and the packaging is beautiful, however I expected it to work faster for my own skin.
