Horrible nothing fit and they didn’t refund me completely

I've bought from them before and not had a problem. I've bought a couple pieces of body jewelry (implant grade titanium) and they've done great, my only problem is with the shipping. I paid for 2-3 days shipping and then they waited a week to even get it out of their store.

I have been buying all of my jewelry for years from bm-25. Whenever you call their company you speak to some of the kindest, sweetest people you could ever hope to meet. They've always been very caring and very respectful and very appreciative. But they have been sending me defective jewelry, jewelry that doesn't stay closed and falls out. And I only buy their most expensive jewelry, titanium surgical grade jewelry. I recently lost a zero gauge titanium surgical grade clicker hoop that fell out of my ear and got lost. And though I received an apology, I'm not going to be receiving any sort of refund or credit towards my next purchase. So I had to buy two more but now I'm going to have to walk away from this company. For years and years I only bought my jewelry from them. But now I feel as if they really become abusive towards a loyal customer. I deserved to be treated better than this. I wouldn't recommend buying jewelry from this company anymore. And I'm not posting this review out of spite. I'm posting it to hopefully protect a possible customer in the future from getting robbed the way I feel I have been. Now I have to find a new Jeweler for my piercings. And I hate that. I'm not even as angry as much as I am saddened. I didn't deserve to be treated this way.

This place is a total scam. They send out jewelry labeled as 14k gold but it's not and it's only about 50% gold. Their return policy is a joke. they purposely don't respond to calls or emails until near the 14 day return policy mark. Which is the most difficult thing to try and get a return from.

Took the earring to a jeweler to get it sized comparable to another. He let us know that it's not real gold. He was knowledgeable and showed us the differences between real and fake.

This place is a total scam. They likely buy in bulk from Alibaba.com a Chinese wholesaler and put a giant mark up on it.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

Placed an order for nose hoops and studs. Ordered 7 or 8 pieces. Took longer than it should've to arrive. When they finally arrived I noticed I ordered the hoops too small. Never opened the packages and emailed them to get return approval. Just wanted to exchange for same jewelry just different size. Got an email back that they would needs pics of unopened jewelry as well as pic of my invoice and when that was received I would get return instructions. Emailed that back and never heard back from them. Emailed again a week later and nothing. Tried to call and I got a voicemail box. Left a message and almost a week later still nothing. Will never order from them again.

I got F136 Titanium earring 5 years ago and almost exclusively wear it till now. Great looking earring and never had ear inflamed.
