We recently used B Moved for our move within London, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. From the very start, communication was flawless — clear, prompt, and professional – which made planning the move really easy!

The team was incredibly flexible, accommodating last-minute changes regarding what needed to be moved and what we wanted to dispose of. Their friendly yet professional attitude really stood out and put us at ease during what could have been a stressful day.

A special shout-out to the two amazing guys who carried our dining table up 12 flights of stairs — their dedication and positive attitude were truly impressive!

Absolutely horrendous experience
Do not use! They only do site surveys online now which resulted in the most stressful, horrendous move I have ever had. They underestimated the job, didn't supply enough men or vans and caused a whole host of issues resulting in our buyers trying to claim £4k from us for delayed move in and distress. The whole experience was awful! The owner even admitted on the day of our move that they had taken too much work on and they didn't have the resources to do the job.
B Moved ended up taking us to the Small Claims for the remainder of our balance and we ended up settling as it caused us so much stress.
There are many other removal companies out there so don't use this one and if you do please carefully check the terms & conditions around damaged items and the value they will pay out for items they break/damage.

B Moved were fantastic. They took all the stress out of our move, packing everything up carefully and logically, and helping with the unloading and placement of everything at our new place. They worked incredibly hard and were friendly and cheerful throughout - would absolutely recommend. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Absolutely incredible moving company - so easy to communicate with from the start, they were transparent on costs and planning, and have a very skilled team. On the day itself, the team were fantastic - super quick and had good humour through the whole process. Bart and his team went out of their way to help with getting us settled in and we are so grateful for their kindness. We will use them if we ever move again and if you’re thinking of booking them, don’t hesitate!!

The B move team moved our family home from London to Ascot. Absolutely delighted with the service. Very helpful during the booking process, excellent packing of all my fragile items, all boxes clearly labelled, very polite team and made sure my all the beds and bedding was in place for our first night. Highly recommend the team.

Amazing service by the guys at B Moved! Great communication throughout, very efficient and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and all my items arrived back in perfect condition from storage. They dropped boxes off well in advance, dismantled and built furniture for me. They even took off my front door (and reattached it) so we could get my sofa in! Wouldn’t use anyone else and have already recommended to my friend!

Brilliant service; packing guys did everything in our 2 bed flat, fit everything on to one van, moved it from London to Manchester the following morning and unloaded all with no problems. Took apart and reassembled multiple types of furniture very quickly.

These guys are the best! Quick video of our house for costing, very fair price. They send a team of 4-6 to pack you up and move you over 2 days. Super Efficient, not a single issue, and everything planned to a T!

We've used B Moved 3 times for house-moves and 3 times as handymen/couriers. And we've recommended them to multiple friends. Not once have we or our friends been disappointed. The team are helpful, friendly, careful and completely take the stress out of moving. The photo survey the team took of our rental before moving the furniture in also helped us with a rogue landlord. We couldn't recommend B Moved more highly.

I am so glad that we went with B moved, after a friend recommended them. It was such an easy move, such personable and knowledge blokes and such a positive attitude which made the day so easy!
Hopefully we aren't moving in the near future, but if we were, we wouldn't hesitate to call up Bart and the team right away!
The admin team as well were superb, and answered any emails or phone calls so quickly and made it all so easy!! Thank you all SO MUCH!!

I am really impressed with B Moved. They made what is a stressful time very stress-free. Everyone was really pleasant and reassuringly professional. Everything was packed and moved really well and efficiently, with no breakages. They were slightly more expensive than the other removal companies I spoke to, but I have no regrets choosing them. I would 100% recommend Bart and his colleagues

BMoved are excellent! They packed our whole house up at impressive speed, the guys were all extremely polite and helpful and they even delivered our stuff back to us on a Bank Holiday Sunday after we had to put it in storage for 5 months whilst we searched for a new house. They made what could have been a painful process very pain free. I’d have no hesitation recommending them to everyone - and they were a lot more competitively priced than many of their competitors. Our experience with B Moved was really excellent. The packing up on day 1 was done at lightening speed - we couldn't believe it was all done so quickly and they didn't need our help at all! The staff were all incredibly helpful and professional. They managed to squeeze everything into one van so we didn't need to rent a zip van. The movers on sat 2 were also lovely and very professional. No complaining when we had to wait a few hours for our keys. I will definitely be recommending B Moved to my friends and family! Thank you for making it such a stress free process.

B moved took our job on quite last minute and were absolutely brilliant! Their guys worked so hard over what was two very hot days and never complained and always had a smile on their faces.

The B Moved team were fantastic from start to finish. They did a great job of packing up and moving everything out of our flat and into storage - all very easy to arrange with quick response times to any queries. The team were also very helpful when we needed to access the storage.
They then moved all of our belongings into our new house seamlessly (even when it seemed the bed might not make it up to the top floor, somehow they made it look easy!).
The whole team take great care when working whilst also being incredibly efficient.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to move.

We’ve used Ben, Tom and his team twice and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again, if needed. Absolutely brilliant in all aspects, hardworking, careful and so friendly. We even had some good laughs much needed on a stressful day! They made the miracle of getting our sofa through a small door while still paying super attention to not damage anything. They even had some good suggestions on where to place furniture and organise the house and worked relentlessly until late. Spotless!
