For nearly eight years since relocating to Mossley, I've been a regular at Body & Mind. Acupuncture sessions there successfully resolved a persistent inner ear issue that troubled me every day. With my ongoing association with the center, we collaborated on offering complimentary massages to our artists at The Vale, which was warmly welcomed! Recently, Bethan provided an exceptional massage, perfectly addressing my post-lockdown computer fatigue. The team is consistently welcoming, efficient in communication, and swift in scheduling appointments. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

I pulled a muscle packing my suitcase for my return from holiday...soon followed by a long and uncomfortable plane ride. I was able to get an appointment the next day using my Members Discount to get a great deal on a Deep Tissue massage with Callum. Following the treatment and the aftercare advice my back recovered really quickly and 4 days later I was able to complete a 13 mile hike. Thank you Body and Mind team.

I have been attending Body & Mind for around 8 years since moving to Mossley. I've had a very successful round of acupuncture which alleviated a long standing inner ear blockage I'd been suffering with daily until that point. Due to having a longstanding relationship with the centre, we partnered on a free massage project for our artists at The Vale, which was gratefully received! I recently had a brilliant massage with Bethan, just what I needed after lots of computer working during lockdown! The team are always super friendly, great at getting back quickly and getting me booked in. Can't wait for my next appt.

Had an hour long Swedish massage here. It was excellent. The environment was very covid-secure.
