Most importantly, they will keep helping you until you get 2 properties. At the very least, they will bring you $3k a month in profit in the slower months ($5-7k in the better months). Even though the cost is relatively high for the course ($15k), it’s more than justified because you will make it back in at most 6/7months.

I made my money back within the first 4
