Very disappointing. There was constant banging upstairs all night, which meant it was impossible to sleep. After asking if they could try and talk to the neighbour, they refused. The same thing happened in the other days.

After asking if there was a complaint/refund system that I could enquire about, they didn’t give me anything and ignored my emails and WhatsApp messages. Would avoid!

Me and my friend wanted to visit Riga for the weekend and came across this Airbnb. Communication throughout with the host was exceptional, and the apartment was in fantastic condition. We had loads of space for our stuff and really enjoyed the living area. If I come back to Riga I will definitely try and stay here again.

We absolutely loved our pre-Christmas stay at Old Riga Lux View Suite. The apartment was very comfortable and in a highly convenient location, with the Christmas market and main sightseeing spots just around the corner. It added so much comfort, ease, and happiness to our trip. We would happily book your apartment again next time we are staying in Riga.

I was contacted the company before my stay to ask whether a properly sized duvet (at least king size) could be provided for a super-king bed, instead of two single duvets. This is a very reasonable request and a basic expectation for a bed of this size.
The response I received was shocking and dismissive. I was told that no one had ever asked for this before and that they would not provide it. The tone was rude and entirely lacking in hospitality.
What is most concerning is that after raising this request, I was blocked on the Airbnb platform, preventing any further communication or resolution. Blocking a guest for asking about basic comfort arrangements is highly unprofessional.
This experience raised serious concerns about guest service, communication, and hospitality standards. I would advise future guests to be aware that reasonable requests may not be handled professionally.

The cleaning ladies arrived while we where checking out and started cleaning while our stuff was in apartment. After few hours recognised that my earrings had been stolen- went to police, because manager started to scream by phone and said there is no prove the earrings was in bedroom.
