Total disappointment. I placed an order for Jones bindings that were marked as "in stock," leaving what should have been plenty of time for delivery before my trip. It turns out the shop doesn't actually have the items. They are essentially drop-shipping: waiting for the product to arrive at their warehouse before forwarding it to the customer.

Communication is also poor: customer service referred to my bindings as a "board" suggesting they aren't even looking closely at my order. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere

My experience was very positive. Everything arrived fast, well packed, and we got some nice discounts. They even added a free pair of socks when we bought a full bundle (board, bindings and boots). Very satisfied.

It is a good store. In the middle of the summer the contact with them may not always be instant. Also you may need to wait for an item which is not in stock a little bit more than they advrtise. But overall communication was good, the staff helpful and I got my board on time.
Recommended.

Delivered the product as expected, within the time expected and kept me informed all the time (confirmation of purchase, dispatched and delivery). And to top it all, they have a very good price.

I'm happy that I still ordered despite some bad reviews on trustpilot. I got a snowboard at a very good price, the delivery was fast and the customer service was friendly and efficient !

I bought snowboard bindings, they arrived, but one quite important part is missing. Still haven't received any answer. Wouldn't buy from them again.

I received the goods, but out of the 4 items I ordered, one arrived damaged. Unfortunately, they are not responding to emails, there is no way to contact them, and no way to return the item. I ordered expensive equipment, and now I'm terrified that I won't be able to do anything about it.

It's not a fake site as the other user reported. It's the european domain of the German seller brettsport.de.
I have ordered from them and received the goods without issues.
But, as the other user says, I did not get an automated confirmation of the order right away, only the next day after I messaged them online via chat on the site (I think I would have gotten it anyway on that day without messaging them), so no need to worry if that happens to you.

Fake side - bestilte på hjemmesiden - boardsports.eu pengene blev trukket på min konto asap men modtog aldrig en bekræftelse fra dem, har forsøgt at skrive til dem via formular på hjemmeside og via mail. Mail adressen der henvises til på hjemmesiden eksistere ikke (E-Mail-Adresse konnte nicht gefunden werden) og intet svar via formular, ja og ingen vare.
