At Boba Buzz, we pride ourselves on our high delivery standards. Our standard service is same-day dispatch, with the vast majority of our orders successfully delivered the next working day.
To provide full context on this order: it was placed on Tuesday evening (07/04) at 8:39 PM. Our team prepared and handed your complete order to the courier the very next morning, Wednesday (08/04). We see that 2 of your boxes arrived promptly the following day, Thursday (09/04). We understand your dissatisfaction stems from the remaining 5 boxes being delayed by one day, and for that, we are truly sorry.
We have proactively investigated this split delivery with our courier partner. They informed us that due to a significant backlog of parcels following the long Easter weekend, combined with a temporary shortage of drivers, some multi-box shipments were unfortunately separated in their network. Please rest assured, tracking shows your remaining 5 boxes are out for were successfully delivered today (Friday, 10/4).
While transit delays are unfortunately out of our direct hands once the goods leave our warehouse, your experience still matters deeply to us. We know how frustrating and time-consuming it can be to contact courier companies directly. Please know that our team is always here and willing to step in, contact the courier, and chase down updates on your behalf whenever you need us.
We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience this 1-day delay on the second half of your order has caused. We value your business and hope to provide you with a flawless experience next time.

Great bubble tea supplier
Have been using Boba Buzz for years. They ship quickly, have a good range, the quality is really good. The last couple of years they have also sent us a lovely Christmas gift, and I feel like they genuinely value me as a customer.

Amazing product
I asked if their product could be used for alcohol and within about 2hrs got a WhatsApp message back to tell,me it's possible but they are not sure,turns out is amazing for alcohol.
