My original order was placed on 12/1 as a Christmas present. I sent an email a few days before Christmas inquiring on the whereabouts of the package. Deanne immediately responded and continued to field my inquires as we went through the process of finally getting the slippers delivered on 2/14 after 2 other attempts getting lost. She was always calm
And reassuring. We literally had close to 50 emails working through the process! So thank you. Deanne! We love the slippers!

I love this brand, it has a wide option of cute, durable shoes that can survive all weather. I bought one pair last year and its it still as good as new with only a tiny bit of wear (but I did a lot of walking lol, it was my main pair of shoes it is so comfy.) I came back this year to buy another pair and they do not disappoint! This is the best brand of shoes that I have bought from and would really recommend to everyone!!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE. Shoes were ordered but not delivered. We were advised the delivery address was incorrect (It wasn’t), now to be told the ‘local delivery company’ has destroyed the shoes and no refund will be provided, only a 30% discount on another pair of shoes. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS

Seems like ive been scammed.

The shoes are made the wrong size and then dont accept returns. Even if the shoes were the correct size the quality is not as pictured.

Best to avoid in the future.

After my initial order being refunded, I hesitantly reordered with a discount code (somehow ended up the same price though). Only reordered as Deanne in customer service was helpful and my child had their heart set on these trainers. Second order came quicker than I expected and the quality was better than I thought it would be. The first order and lack of actual discount still hurts the rating for me!

This store is awful! They sent me the wrong size shoe and then required me to pay to ship it back. They said once they received the return they would send a larger pair. Since the shoes were so expensive, I went ahead and paid to send them back. It took two months and numerous emails to get them to send another pair. And when they did, they sent the exact same size! And they are refusing to rectify the situation. They are basically thieves.

I am very confused. There is a shop on Aliexpress called "Amy And Michael" looking exactly the same, so who is stealing from who ?

I bought two pairs of shoes, one fit great the other was really small, so I would like to note that in some of the unisex shoe styles you might need to order up a couple sizes. Although I did an exchange on the pair that was too small, I still had issues with the larger pair not being wide enough for my foot. Deanne was very kind and courteous and sent me a different pair of shoes that fit my feet perfectly, and am overall very happy with the two pairs I have now. I’m looking forward to seeing new styles in the future

Very good and clear communication and the shoes felt like marshmallows! They are so cute and the discounts really help.

I ordered a pair for my 11-year old daughter as she liked the look. In less than a month, the sole of the shoes is ripped. Very poor quality.

After posting the above review, I was contacted by the company. They offered me 30% refund of the original $120 that I had paid for the shoes. For that, I am changing my one-star review to two-star.

Great products and great service overall, I'm used to order on this site for shoes and accessories, shoes are very comfortable and unique.

Even if I had issues with some lost packages or sold out item, the service behind was on point and we managed to figure out a common solve to find out a solution to my problems.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from this shop.
I bought two pairs of shoes in early February, they hadn’t arrived even a month later. When I contacted customer support, I was told the package got lost in the mail :(
They sent me a new one and it arrived super fast! I immediately tried on the shoes, the size of both pairs were PERFECT. The shoes are so comfortable to walk in and I have never had a pair this comfortable before. And the detail is amazing, I love the laces and gosh, I would recommend so many people to buy from this store.
They truly make an amazing product. I might buy more from them in the future after I get settled into my new apartment and save up money that I can spend on myself instead of rent 🥰

This company has great customer service. I can tell that they put alot of work into helping the customer as much as possible while being professional. Deanne assisted me with my problems and was able to assist me with seamless care. The quality of the shoes were also just very good and super comfortable.

Dropshipper from Aliexpress. They STEAL from a chinese brand called Amy and Michael, and they sell their shoes for much higher prices. Even the hoodies are from Aliexpress.

Everything was perfect, from placing the order to the shoes themselves: quality and comfort are put in first place. My shoes fit perfectly and I absolutely love the design!

Deanne's support was very kind and heart-warming, she helped resolve my issue very quickly and didn't take too long to respond. She answered all the questions I had, was very understanding, and left me feeling much better about my issue - my doubts had washed away when I received her email. She was also very sweet throughout the entire conversation. :)

I ordered from Boboshouse on a whim. I don't generally purchase shoes online however I am absolutely in love with the purchase I made! These shoes are comfortable and I have received quiet a few compliments. I will be back as a returning customer!!
