Joining Bodsphere genuinely changed my life. I initially started learning through the app to deepen my personal Yoga practice, but over time I completed the Yoga Teacher Trainings and received my Bodsphere Accreditation. That decision completely transformed my career path.
Today, I’ve become a travelling Yoga teacher and have had the opportunity to teach Yoga in different countries around the world. What once felt impossible for me became reality through the confidence, knowledge, and practical understanding I gained from Bodsphere’s trainings.
What I love most is that the teachings are not superficial. The platform goes far beyond just physical poses — it teaches breathwork, philosophy, mindfulness, discipline, teaching methodology, and the true essence of Yoga. The knowledge feels authentic and deeply rooted in traditional yogic wisdom while still being accessible in a modern format.
I truly believe Bodsphere is creating something revolutionary with its accreditation system and app ecosystem. Having access to Yoga Teacher Trainings, global accreditation, yoga classes, meditations, and wellness content all in one place is something I haven’t seen anywhere else before.
Very grateful for this journey and for everything Bodsphere has helped me achieve.

What surprised me most about Bodsphere is how deeply connected I felt to the teachings, even through an app. The instructors explain everything with so much warmth, simplicity, and clarity. Whether it’s a yoga flow, a meditation, or a philosophy talk, every session feels intentional. I joined only for yoga classes initially, but now I spend time exploring pranayama, mindfulness practices, and even the teacher training content. It feels like much more than just a subscription platform.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 16 years and completed my 200-hour training in person with a deeply immersive, supportive, and collaborative school. I chose Bodsphere’s 300-hour program hoping to deepen my knowledge and grow as a teacher. Unfortunately, this program has been a major disappointment.

The content is extremely surface-level. There are no assignments, no practice teaching, no feedback from instructors. The videos across all three courses that make up the 300-hour training add up to around 47 hours total: far from the advertised 300 hours unless you count passive watching and self-study with no guidance.

Worse than the content is the way feedback and questions are handled. When students express concerns or ask for clarification, they are often ignored or dismissed. The instructors present themselves as untouchable “gurus” and only seem to respond to praise. Any form of constructive criticism is either met with silence or defensiveness.

I took this program seriously: paused videos, took extensive notes, and gave it my time and attention. But I’ve come away disillusioned and no longer want their name associated with my credentials.

I cannot recommend this training to anyone looking for a legitimate 300-hour yoga education. Look elsewhere if you value real mentorship, depth, humility, and the true essence of yoga.

The courses provided by Bodsphere are amazing! It’s a pleasure to learn about all the different aspects of Yoga and its history.
The videos and material provided are very detailed, and prepared with a lot of care.
I can highly recommend Bodsphere to anybody who, like me, wants to learn more than just Asanas.

I have done many yoga courses over the years and without doubt Bodspheres courses are absolutely top rate.

I have done the 200 hour Yoga training as well as the Yin Yoga and now the Yoga Nidra one too.

All are presented in an extremely well laid out format with so much information that there's always more to learn. Yet the bite size chunks of each lesson do not seem overwhelming, and can be studied at your own pace.

The positivity and love for Yoga comes through from both the mentors and that's a beautiful thing.

SUPERB!!! This course is filled with so much knowledge- BODSPHERE are great teachers( Samarthya/Preetika. I highly recommend Bodsphere. The ebooks and recommended readings are excellent for deepening the path of Yoga even better and the section on teaching methods offers very important insights. It has been a really beautiful journey

Joining Bodsphere for TTP yoga is the best thing I have ever done in my life . Not only I feel healthy , but also have so much of mental well being ever since I have done the course . Beloved Ms. Preetika and Mr. Samarthya are one of a kind ,Gurus.Those hours of zoom classes were so engaging that even though it was late night in my time zone , I used to really look forward it so much . The modules are so well organized , it is such a great experience in learning . Moreover they encourage and guide us from the initial few weeks of the class itself to start teaching and have a flair for it.🙏

Bodsphere’s yoga education programs are a great place to deepen your practice and be able to share yoga with others as a teacher. Both preetika & samarthya were kind and encouraging to make sure the sessions were inclusive for students of all levels and nationalities. I had loads of fun and very engaging classes with bodsphere throughout the pandemic. One additional takeaway from my sessions with them was the importance of including meditation and mindfulness in my practice. Their energy gets you on to the mat & also inwards!
