Passed due dates and delays
For starters, the package took a very long time to reach me. Their website states that they expect delivery within 3-5 working days, but it took me just over 3 weeks to receive it. Secondly, I didn't receive my complete order. I ordered a jar of peanut butter (among other things), but instead of the peanut butter, I seem to have gotten a random bag of protein marzipan bars. Sure, mistakes happen, and I could have been okay with that switch if it weren't for the fact that 3 of the 6 marzipan bars had passed their due date. They also appeared to have been run over, as they were smashed inside their packagings. Another item also came in a rough condition. I'm disappointed, I had higher expectations.

It is highly regrettable that your package was so delayed in the mail, fortunately, this is not normal. However, it is a clear packaging error on our part that you did not receive your Peanut Butter. Unfortunately, you have not provided your order number, so I must ask you to write to us at kundeservice@bodylab.dk regarding the packaging error, where you also provide your order number, so we can correct the error immediately. As for the bag of Marzipan bread, it was a gift from us. Yes, they had a short shelf life and with an excessively long transportation time, they unfortunately expired, I apologize for that.

We have packed your order and it has been shipped from our Danish warehouse 29.8.2022. When it arrives to the Finnish packing facility and has been processed there you will be able to follow your parcel through track and trace. However,
It's not possible yet for the postal service to confirm that they have received the parcel as the pallets were not scanned when picked up at our warehouse. This is why they can only confirm receipt once they scan it at the Finnish facility.
I am truly sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. I wish you a pleasant day.

En onnistunut tilaamaan ale-tuotetta. Kun laitoin viestikenttään tietoa ongelmastani, niin lisäsivät myös ilmaistuotteet tilaukseen, hyvää palvelua. Tuotteet hyvänmakuisia, proteiini-valmisteissa ei juurikaan maistu "proteiini".
