Location was very easy to find. Easy parking. Facility is clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to come back in 3 months to check again.

your website had a video and specific…
Your website had a video and specific instructions on how to enter on Sunday. Go to the parking garage and go up the elevator, all doors will be locked otherwise. The elevator didn’t work. I called your number on the website and got an AI operator. They said they called the Zilker location to let them know. I got no response called again about five minutes later they said they called again. There was no response back. I finally figured out that you could walk around the front to get in. Got in the person there said they never received a phone call and said that I had exceeded my five-minute window and she would have to reschedule for several hours later. This is unacceptable since I was here on time followed your instructions and you weren’t able to get a hold of anybody.

Hi Murray, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I'm sorry your visit didn't go as expected. We understand the parking garage elevator was unavailable that morning, which made accessing the building much more difficult than it should have been. Unfortunately, this was not brought to our attention early enough to inform all of our morning clients.
I'm glad our Zilker team was able to get you scanned later that day, but we recognize the experience was far from ideal. A member of our support team has reached out directly, and we've added a complimentary scan credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you again for your feedback!
