Today was my first DEXA and 3D scan, as I wanted to establish a clear baseline before making some lifestyle changes to improve my diet and exercise routine.

James was extremely helpful, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. He explained each stage of the scans in a clear and reassuring way, which made the experience feel comfortable and easy to understand. Once the results were ready, he took the time to go through everything in detail, highlighting any areas of concern and offering practical advice on how to improve them.

I’ll definitely be booking another scan with James in three months, and I’m looking forward to seeing how my results improve as I work towards healthier markers.

The scan itself was great, but the follow-up is where the real value was. Sean explained everything in a way that actually made sense and helped me understand what the numbers mean in real life, not just on paper.

Had an DEXA Osteroporosis scan with Cait. The whole process was very smooth and comfortable. Cait analysed my results and printed a report which she explained and made recommendations. I would recommend Cait.

Cait was fantastic. Made you feel at ease and was friendly. She listened to all my queries and gave me great advice on my current diet plan that would better help my results and was very knowledgeable.
The dexa scan was a unique experience and the depth of the results was truly impressive. After the scan all the results are fully explained to you and a plan put in place to help you improve your health further.

I had previously had a Dexa scan at QA, which was late, long winded with old equipment and also incorrect input of my essential measurements. It also took months to get the results.
The Dexa scan I had at BodyView with Cait could not have been more different. It was bang on time, only took 30 mins, used the latest equipment and was very comfortable. Body measurements were entered automatically, I got the results there and then and I was able to discuss these with Cait. And I was able to park 10m away. It could not have been better.

I had a body composition scan recently. It's something I've wanted to get done 'professionally' for a long time, having used the 'InBody Scales', a good few years ago, I wanted some more detailed data and stats on where I am now.

Kevin was very professional and detailed everything so clearly, that I didn't really have too many questions to ask in the post scan consultation. I was glad that the scan results affirmed everything I'm currently doing is 'spot on'.

Would definitely recommend and I'll probably check back in 12months or so to see how another scan compares.

I've been a client at Bodyview (Bodyscan) at their centre in London W1 for the past 2½ years, and from the moment I arrived for my first visit I've always been very impressed.

They're based in a super clean and modern medical centre, which inspired confidence from the moment I walked in.

The consultant at W1, Rob, is always very professional, and most importantly for me, from the outset he took the time to listen to what I'd been doing with regards my training and nutrition and has always been very encouraging about my progress. On the initial consultation he took the time to explain the process and to go through all the aspects of the very comprehensive report in depth and gave me some good advice regarding my plans going forward.

On every subsequent visit (six to date) Rob has been thoroughly professional and has continued to offer first class support and encouragement which I really appreciate.

Having the regular DEXA scans has really helped me with my health and fitness goals, and I'm very happy that I chose to work with BodyScan as they have exceeded my expectations consistently.

I'll be continuing to use them regularly in the future, and it's great to see they are opening more centres around the UK, including one quite close to me, though I think personally I'll probably still make a trip up to London to see Rob as I appreciate the continuity of support and level of service he's shown me to date.

Jesse was very friendly, professional and informative. I got lost en route so was a bit late, but she was very understanding. The procedure was fine and the results were probably as I hoped. Jesse explained everything to me and recommended that I may speak to my doctor.

Having come to the end of my weight loss journey and reaching goal weight, I decided to have a body composition scan with BodyView. The appointment was easy to book online and I managed to get a next day early morning Saturday appointment at the Oxford Circus, London W1 clinic with Ryan.

Everything about how the scan would be carried out and what it would be measuring was explained. I was then asked some questions about my health, weighed and my height measured. The actual scan took no more than 5 minutes.

I was then taken to another room where Ryan showed me the results on a computer screen and explained what they meant and where improvements could be made. All in all my results were very favourable considering my age.

This was money well spent but my only regret was not having one done before my weight loss journey to have something to compare it with. I will be booking another scan for six months time.

Travelled to Birmingham by train. The bodyview clinic is a little outside of the centre, so you can walk to it in around 30/40 minutes depending on how briskly you walk. Easy enough to find the street it's on via Google maps. The only thing is the clinic is situated within a building called Midland Health and has no signage of it's own on the outer of the building. Our consultant James was very knowledgeable, put us at ease and made the whole experience pleasant. Scans and results were all explained thoroughly and we received a full comprehensive report at the end. The facilities are quite compact so we had to change in the consultation room which is ok just don't expect full changing rooms. (Consultant left the room whilst we changed). Clean welcoming environment. Overall good experience with comprehensive data given from the scans. Would recommend to friends and family. They also have clinics in London and now Manchester.

I recently visited the Manchester branch at Arkwright House for a full fitness assessment, including a DEXA Scan, VO2 Max Test, and RMR Test. The experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Sean was my consultant and he was brilliant. He didn't just hand over the data; he took the time to break down the "gold standard" DEXA results, explaining my muscle-to-fat distribution and bone density in detail. The VO2 Max Test gave me a clear picture of my cardiovascular health, and the RMR Test has finally given me the exact caloric data I need to tailor my nutrition properly.

If you’re serious about your health or training, I highly recommend booking in with Sean. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He made the testing process comfortable and provided clear instructions.

The best was being finished off at the end of the V02 max test :-).

I was seriously delayed during my journey to the centre . Everyone I dealt with was really supportive and reassuring that they would do everything to complete the assessment in the remaining time. Kevin who performed the scan was knowledgable, clear in his communication and friendly . I left with a good idea of where I am now health wise and how I need to proceed going forward. I received the results by email almost as soon as I left the building. All very professional. I would recommend the service to anyone interested in their bone density or body composition.

This year, I finally wanted to take control of my weight and health. Decided to book in a BodyComposition Scan. It was so easy and simple to do. Took only a few minutes. James explained everything so well, and made me feel at ease.
The results were discussed at the scan, printed and emailed over too. Great information, has inspired me to get fitter and healthier. Will be going back in a year for another scan to see what areas I have improved.

It was great. I’m not an athlete, I’m just a middle aged woman approaching menopause and thought a body MOT would be useful. So enlightening, well explained and with good next steps. I was totally humbled by the VO2 Max test (Garmin has been telling lies 🤣) but got a great marker for improvement across the board. James is very calm and respectful, and explains the results brilliantly. The only improvement would be a sign on the building outside-it says Midland Health not BodyView and I walked past it ten times. I’ll be back in 6 months!

This was my second scan and once again, Kevin was very helpful and informative. Very useful data to inform what I need to focus on for the next 12 months.
