The three suppliers made contact and gave us their quotations promptly. We chose the company which sent an Engineer rather than a salesman which whilst not the cheapest was not the most expensive and who treated me (the customer) with respect and was very happy to answer my questions simply in a manner I could relate to and understand. One supplier walked past me, despite being the bill payer, and would only talk to my Son - this did not engender goodwill since I may be old but am not a "silly little woman". This latter was nearly word for word and item for item the same as the company I chose but was £500 pounds more expensive! The third company came and were efficient and helpful but we preferred the first Engineer's description of the work required and they have proved very efficient.

We were contacted by phone in the evening within minuets of our initial enquiry for new boiler quotes, first company phoned some time after 8.15pm came next day as appointment looked at our existing boiler and repaired it there and then saving us £1400 plus.

We arranged for three companies to visit and quote for a replacement Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler. Of the three we chose Marc Ferris Plumbing and Heating of Eastbourne. Marc immediately impressed us as a capable and honest installer of Worcester Bosch boilers. He gave us a clear run-down of what we needed and then emailed us an understandable quote.

We were lucky that he could book us in within 48 hours.

He was here on time, laid out dust sheets, installed everything and then explained what was what, and was done within 6 hours, leaving us with a warm house and hot water on a cold day in February. Everything was done properly and he cleaned up afterwards, taking away the old kit that we didn't want. I cannot recommend Marc highly enough. In our opinion, he is a very capable installer and is totally trustworthy and dependable.

recommended us to a company called DHL who are situated in Birmingham we accepted their estimate, which was very reasonable, was expecting it to be a lot more, fitted the boiler in 1 day, made an excellent job did it exactly how we wanted it with little or no mess, very satisfied, and would recommend them to anyone

within minutes of sending my email I received a phone call stating that my details would be sent to 3 boiler installers in my area. Couldn't ask for more.

sent a request early and got a phonecall 0910 hour, and my first booking for quote 10 minutes later. So far just great, just great forme as I do not have to search and look for engineers.

I needed a quick gas boiler replacement and had a quote within a few hours which was a lot cheaper than I had been able to find.

One email and three options offered in less than 30 minutes. Quick efficient service indeed. Progress beyond expectations.

I would have given 5 stars but since I was asked and specifically requested only independent worker/company to contact me I was surprised to be contacted by a larger company who only seemed to have been wanting to rip me off - they were 2x !!!!! more expensive than the other two.

I started the process at night and the following day I had a response to my phone, They offered three companies; one of which I wouldn't use under any circumstances, one which I already had a quote from and another who already had an appointment. If you have doubts or preferences they adapt immediately. Superb service and it costs nothing, (that you can see)!

Well since I posted I have had the boiler installed. now I have no heating, no hot water and no way of contacting the firm that installed the new boiler. This is not a rant against Boiler Quotes but the firm they recommended! If this is the standard that I can expect for the money I have spent I'm not impressed!

No Quotes yet, but its been pain free so far - asked 4.30, and its only 7 now
