The company did almost what it "said on the tin" and from an evening contact, we were contacted the following morning by them and contractors. I managed to cure the problem leak by inserting a system sealant into the heating system and so did not need any companies to come out to give me assistance. All companies were polite when I said their assistance was not required.
My only difficulty was that there was no option to "repair".
