I object being called by my first name by strangers, even more so if they are young enough to b my grandchildren.

The young lady spoke so quickly I could not comprehend what she was saying So therefore did not quite understand how this system works.

I now know that three complete strangers will be given my details and ring me for an appointment and expect to be invited into our house.

I was given no reassurance - or if I was I missed it as she was intent in completing her script.

Completing info online and contact was easy.
Only two suppliers subsequently contacted me but that was ok-I had already contacted B Gas anyway.
The tracking bit of my quote didnt work so I didnt know if a third supplier was going to contact me.
The suppliers who came were fine but finding out more about them wasnt easy. That part of this site could do with improvement.
This site is a very useful tool to assist you in finding a supplier.

They stated that within 24 hrs 3 firms would contact me to arrange a visit/quote,--it was less than 6 hrs.

Only 1 Company rang me to make an appointment plus Gas Board. When the representative came he kept talking about a cobi boiler which will not work in my house
