No updates no delivery and ultimately cancelled the order do not use this company had any price there are scammers and I can only assume their products are awful

Awful Returns Process - No Refund Received.

I ordered a suit to the UK from Bojoni (be advised items are sent from Turkey), which all arrived on time although the packaging could have been improved (minor point). Unfortunately, the suit was not to my liking and I requested a return and refund, which is where the issues started.

I followed the returns process as advised on the website and was sent instructions. I had to pay for the return to Turkey (please note this is about £40 to return) but upon return, the receiver (Bojoni) did not provide the required details to customs and as such the package was never cleared and they have since not provided a refund. As such, I am £400 down and have no goods as it would have cost me another £100 to have the suit cleared from customs in Istanbul and sent back to the UK.

I would honestly avoid this company at all costs due to the risk of not liking the goods and wanting to return them (unless you are in Turkey).

I needed a suit for a wedding that I was officiating for a friend. I was thoroughly impressed with the online measurement system, how fast it arrived, and how great it fit on the first try. Will definitely recommend.

I can hear it now. Who pays three hundred dollars for a pair of men's shoes? Let me put it this way. You don't mind paying good money for a quality product. What I don't appreciate is paying good money for something that turns out to be crap! You don't mind paying for something if you are getting your money's worth, or as some say, you get what you pay for...well I have to say, that when I dress up, and I put on these shoes, I look so good, I feel "...too damp to burn!" This is probably one of the best investments in myself that I have ever made...These shoes are so well made, and of such quality, that they even come with shoe bags! (An Allen Edmonds tradition)and if they ever wear out, as eventually they will, all you have to do is send them back to the company and they will replace the heel and resole them for you, so that you can continue to enjoy their comfort and splendor...you might even want to bequeath them you your sons in the will...they are so fantastic, they will be fighting over them when you're gone!

i initially got the Blazer was a bit too big i send email asking for exchange for a smaller size ,they told me to keep the Blazer we will send you a smaller size , i finally got it today i obsolutly love it !! it fits like a glove i highly raccomande this company

The item arrived in a timely manner but was too small. As long as you work within the 7 days they will let you return the product but it has to be returned to Turkey. When the shopping costs were mentioned their customer service was great about understanding and making accommodations and refunded the amount as promised.

Before buying check if they have the suit you want. I paid for the suit and they didn’t have the one I wanted so they were eager to send me something else instead of refund. I agreed to similar suit, but different colour. When it arrived the shock was unbelievable because the suit was nowhere near like the one they send me in pictures.
I would compare it to allyexpress suits because they look amazing on pictures but the product you get is something like pajama.
I send the suit back and finally got my refund via PayPal case report.
They answered every mail but you can obviously see that they are stalling and don’t keep buyers in the first place.
Make yourself a favour and look elsewhere

I fully sastisfied. The suits are very high quality product. The shipment is very quick. The customer service is very efficient, professional, customer focus. I recommand Bojoni ! Thanks to them my wedding day will be my Best day!:)

What's with the no notifications about the process? I bought a jacket 4 days ago and I have still not gotten any information about what's being done

Nice pants, and they were delivered very timely, especially with where they are coming from. Great customer service when I had to return a pair of pants I bought.
