I have received Bokksu boxes for over 2 years. I have enjoyed each box without exception. No two have been exactly the same and for me the small tasty treats have been a delight. The customer service has been prompt and courteous when I have made attempts to contact them.

What a complete scam. I ordered an authentic Asian (Japanese) basket for about a hundred bucks and l got nothing but a load of crap that you can buy in most any American grocery store, including the infamous noodle bowl that a $1.29 that they charge five times that. We complained but they refused to accept a return or provide our money back. You can get ANY AND ALL of these items at ANY AMERICAN ASIAN grocery for a fraction of the price. There was absolutely NOTHING SPECIAL which we paid for. Just a pure scam and everyone needs to know before you believe what Danny Taing wants to try and put past you. Just shameful! No matter how he wants to present "Our Story", which is a load of you know what!

bought 2 holiday gift boxes based on the images on the site, looked like really cool and fun small items but when i open the boxes it was just a few cheap items nothing like it was advertised. i was going to give a bad review on their site and there was just 1,1star review saying what im saying here , so i wrote a review.
next day all reviews were removed so im writing one here

I have only ordered once. The entire order was a frozen order, and while they did use a proper cold shipping container, they did not pack the items securely. My package clearly rolled around, and one of the items I ordered (cream puffs in a thin clamshell) was completely destroyed -- the plastic was cracked, and half of the creampuffs were pulverized under the dry ice package. The other half were not edible due to the mess created by the dry ice. Please pack more neatly.

Unless I need something rare that only these guys carry, I probably won't order anything from them again any time soon.
