These are my go to for so much! Quick pre workout snack, post workout snack, mid afternoon snack, whatever I need! I’ve bulked it up with fruit and yoghurt in a blender, added coffee to the chocolate one, keep them coming!!!!

Ordering was easy and quick! Free postage is fantastic, and being able to customise your own 12-box of Power Shake flavours is brilliant. I've never been a fan of Strawberry (it's not you, it's me! Lol), so having the ability to just try one was very handy, making this flexibility perfect.

Being vegan, high-quality plant-based protein options with low natural sugars are limited. Their competitors either lack variety or have a strange aftertaste, so finding Bol was a relief.

To me, the Chocolate flavor tastes exactly like that sweet, leftover Cocoa Puffs milk. I love the Banana, and Matcha flavours, every protein drink I've tried to make myself has been terribly chalky, but all these varieties have a perfect smoothie thickness with zero chalkiness and no weird tangs, plus 9g fibre & at least 25g of protein!

I still have Blueberry and Vanilla to try, and I’m already planning to mix peanut butter powder, a mango coulis or maybe even citrus into the vanilla to create my own blends.

With 20% off subscriptions the price is good too, my only real complaint is: "Why don't we have even more flavours?"

Received my trial 3 fruit flavoured Bol shakes within a few days of ordering. I’ve enjoyed each flavour equally and they have kept me feeling full. As a vegetarian, I wasn’t eating nearly enough protein and loved the Bol meals, so decided to give these a go. I’m impressed so have now ordered a pack with all flavours to try out.

Great vegan protein shakes delivered quickly and with no fuss. The best thing about these Bol shakes is they don’t give me bloating and an upset tummy like other shakes. Love the chocolate one and I’m absolutely gutted my local Tesco has stopped stocking them.

There was no tofu in the teriyaki bowls both times I tried it. Really annoying cause that’s pretty much the reason I bought them.

I LOVE the drinks but they used to be on glass bottles which I loved. Now the sell then I'm plastic, which is disgraceful. Bring back the glass!

I didn't have to wait long for my delivery and was kept informed at each step. Loving the products I chose, really appreciate the natural ingredients and the focus on nutrition not just protein. My favourites are strawberry and banana.

BOL Foods has to be the best power shake out there! All the rest of these meal shakes contain ultra processed seed oils in them. I will only use BOL as they don’t include cheap and nasty seed oils in their shakes.
The delivery was quick too. I chose the 12 bottles every 4 weeks subscription. My only criticism is that the choice of flavours was limited. I really wanted to include the vanilla and salted caramel, but seems they were either out of stock or just don’t do those flavours for the bulk subscription option. If that’s the case, please include those flavours.

So yummy!

Find the Power Shakes really handy to have, especially as I drive around all day for work. Really disappointed that the Salted Caramel flavour has been discontinued though, to make room for the new Matcha flavour which isn't as nice - could they not co-exist in the range?

Love Bol shakes, really tasty and silky smooth to drink.
I use them at work when we don’t get chance for a break but need something quickly to eat.
The good pots are fantastic too :-)

Love these shakes, love all the flavours and the ease of a meal replacement when I’m in a rush, with the added bonus of more fibre than I’d usually eat in a meal 😊
